У повідомленні представлено результати проведення щорічного вебінару «Рідномовна і багатомовна освіта у контексті сталого розвитку суспільства», присвяченого Міжнародному дню рідної мови (15 лютого 2023 р). Співорганізатором заходу виступили Інститут педагогічної освіти і освіти дорослих імені Івана Зязюна НАПН України, кафедра ЮНЕСКО «Неперервна професійна освіта ХХІ століття», Інститут української мови НАН України, Інститут літератури імені Тараса Шевченка НАН України, Всеукраїнське товариство «Просвіта» імені Тараса Шевченка, первинний осередок товариства в Інституті. Метою вебінару є просвітницька місія партнерства наукових установ, закладів фахової передвищої і вищої освіти, закладів загальної освіти у дієвій реалізації політики україномовного навчання та раціональної підтримки багатомовної освіти; утвердження цінності мови як маркера української ідентичності в умовах воєнних реалій. Учасники вебінару (170 осіб): громадські діячі, науковці, студенти, магістранти, аспіранти, докторанти, викладачі закладів фахової передвищої і вищої освіти, викладачі й методисти інститутів післядипломної педагогічної освіти, учителі загальноосвітніх закладів (Сумський державний педагогічний університет імені А.С. Макаренка, Уманський державний педагогічний університет імені Павла Тичини, Прикарпатський національний університет імені Василя Стефаника, Ізмаїльський державний гуманітарний університет, Український державний університет імені М.П. Драгоманова, Державна науково-педагогічна бібліотека імені В.О. Сухомлинського НАПН України, Державний ліцей «Міжнародна українська школа» та ін.). Проблематика вебінару охоплювала такі проблеми: україномовна освіта як пріоритет національного поступу в умовах воєнного й повоєнного часу; проблеми розвитку багатомовної і рідномовної освіти в сучасному українському суспільстві — авторитетна думка; європейські тенденції багатомовної освіти; досвід багатомовного й рідномовного навчання у закладах фахової передвищої і вищої педагогічної освіти; утвердження традицій рідномовної освіти в умовах закладів середньої освіти; збереження культурної спадщини в музейному просторі. The report presents the results of the annual webinar «Mother Tongue and Multilingual Education in the Context of Sustainable Development» dedicated to International Mother Language Day (February 15, 2023). The event was co-organized by the Ivan Zyazyun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the UNESCO Department «Lifelong Professional Education of the XXI Century», the Institute of Ukrainian Language of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Shevchenko Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Taras Shevchenko Society «Prosvita», and the primary center of the society at the Institute. The purpose of the webinar is the educational mission of the partnership of scientific institutions, institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education, and institutions of general education in the effective implementation of the policy of Ukrainian-language education and analytical support for multilingual education; affirming the value of language as a marker of Ukrainian identity in the conditions of war realities. Webinar participants (170 people): public figures, scholars, students, undergraduates, postgraduates, doctoral students, professors of professional pre-higher and higher education institutions, professors and methodologists of postgraduate pedagogical education institutes, teachers of secondary schools (Sumy Makarenko State Pedagogical University, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Izmail State University of Humanities, Drahomanov Ukrainian State University, V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, International Ukrainian School State Lyceum, etc.). The webinar covered such issues as Ukrainian-language education as a priority of national progress in wartime and postwar period; issues of development of multilingual and mother tongue education in modern Ukrainian society (expert opinion); European trends in multilingual education; experience of multilingual and mother tongue education in institutions of professional pre-higher and higher pedagogical education; establishment of traditions of mother language-based education in secondary education institutions; preservation of cultural heritage in museums. |
