Представлено результати проведення Всеукраїнської онлайн-конференції з міжнародною участю «Гуманістичні ідеї Григорія Сковороди як джерело розвитку наукового потенціалу педагогічного працівника у системі неперервної освіти», присвяченої 300-річчю від дня народження Григорія Сковороди та Дню працівників освіти (27 вересня 2022 р.). Співорганізаторами заходу виступили Національна академія педагогічних наук України, Полтавська академія неперервної освіти імені М.В. Остроградського, ДЗВО «Університет менеджменту освіти» НАПН України, зокрема Центральний інститут післядипломної освіти, Інститут педагогічної освіти і освіти дорослих імені Івана Зязюна НАПН України, Інститут цифровізації освіти НАПН України, Харківський національний педагогічний університет імені Г.С. Сковороди, ДНУ «Інститут модернізації змісту освіти», Полтавський національний педагогічний університет імені В.Г. Короленка тощо. Доведено, що у сфері неперервної педагогічної освіти спадщина Григорія Сковороди має набути нового осмислення з урахуванням пріоритетної ідеї «сродної» праці. Адже «сродність» учительського покликання стала основним чинником формування військової еліти, що нині гідно боронить Україну. Місією онлайн-конференції стало обговорення актуальних проблем освіти, сприяння активному вивченню й популяризації творчої спадщини Григорія Сковороди, актуалізації його інноваційних для свого часу ідей у сучасній освітній практиці з урахуванням пріоритетів навчання впродовж життя. Окреслено перспективи актуалізації ідей Григорія Сковороди в сучасних соціокультурних умовах.
The results of the All-Ukrainian online conference with international participation “Humanistic Ideas of Hryhorii Skovoroda as a Development Source for the Scientific Potential of a Teacher in the Continuous Education System” dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Hryhorii Skovoroda and the Day of Education Employees (September 27, 2022) are presented. The event was co-organised by the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, M.V. Оstrohradskyi Poltava Academy of Continuous Education, State Higher Educational Institution “University of Education Management” of NAES of Ukraine, in particular Central Institute of Postgraduate Education, Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of NAES of Ukraine, Institute for Digitalisation of Education of NAES of Ukraine, H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, State Scientific Institution “Institute of Education Content Modernization”, V.G. Korolenko Poltava National Pedagogical University, etc. It is proved that in the field of continuous teacher education, the legacy of Hryhorii Skovoroda should acquire a new understanding, taking into account the priority idea of “related” labour. After all, the “relatedness” of the teaching profession has become the main factor in forming the military elite, which is now worthily defending Ukraine. The mission of the online conference was to discuss topical issues of education, to promote the active study and popularisation of the creative legacy of Hryhorii Skovoroda, and to actualise his innovative ideas in modern educational practice taking into account the priorities of lifelong learning. The prospects of actualising Hryhorii Skovoroda’s ideas in modern socio-cultural conditions are outlined. |
