Роль державного регулювання у формуванні освітньої галузі досить велика, але для підвищення ефективності реформ воно має бути адаптоване до сучасного стану українського суспільства. Це необхідно для запровадження гнучкої взаємодії теоретичних, прикладних і практичних аспектів навчання, і це стосується не лише університетської освіти, а й шкільної. Особливо важливо з перших років навчання показати дитині, а потім юнаку, який прагне здобути вищу освіту, тісний зв'язок навчання з життям у практичному, конкретному та загальному аспектах. Інтенсифікація такого навчання сприяла б розвитку вміння застосовувати загальні знання в конкретних життєвих ситуаціях, встановлюючи для цього необхідні міжпредметні зв'язки. Таким чином у майбутнього фахівця формується відповідальність за довкілля, культурну спадщину та активна життєва позиція. Роль державної політики у сфері освіти визначається тим, що вона безпосередньо впливає на формування світоглядних установок суспільства, спрямованих на утвердження суспільної свідомості сучасних інтелектуальних і духовних цінностей, що є визначальним фактором у формуванні національного потенціалу. . Проте фахівці цієї сфери найбільш чутливі до ринкових умов, процесів глобалізації культури, глибоких трансформацій соціокультурної комунікації. Одним із пріоритетів розвитку вищої освіти є реалізація стратегічного курсу на входження України до єдиного європейського та світового освітнього простору. Його головна мета – консолідація зусиль науково-освітньої спільноти та урядів для підвищення конкурентоспроможності української вищої освіти та науки в глобальному масштабі, підвищення ролі цієї системи в суспільних перетвореннях.
The role of state regulation in shaping the education sector is quite large, but it should be tailored to suit the current state of Ukrainian society to improve the effectiveness of reforms. This is necessary to introduce a flexible cooperation of theoretical, applied and practical aspects of study, and it concerns not only the university education but also schools one. It is especially important to show the child from the first years of studying, and then the young man who seeks to pursue higher education, the close relationship of studying with life in practical, specific, and general aspects. Intencification of such studying would contribute to the development of the ability to apply general knowledge to specific life situations, while setting for this the required interdisciplinary connections. Thus, responsibility for the environment, cultural heritage and active life position are formed in a future specialist. The role of state policy in the sphere of education is determined by the fact that it directly affects the formation of the society ideological orientations aimed at strengthening the public consciousness of modern intellectual and spiritual values, which is a determining factor in the formation of national capacity. However, experts in this sphere are the most sensitive to market conditions, processes of culture globalization, deep transformations of socio-cultural communication. One of the priorities of higher education development is the implementation of the strategic course of Ukraine's entry to the common European and world educational space. Its main objective to consolidate the efforts of scientific and educational community and governments to raise the competitiveness of Ukrainian higher education and science in global terms, increasing the role of this system in the social transformation. |
