З-поміж десяти компетентностей Нової української школи важливе місце посідає спілкування державною і рідною (у разі відмінності) мовами, що спирається на вміння усно і письмово висловлювати й тлумачити поняття, думки, почуття, факти та погляди (через слухання, говоріння, читання, письмо, застосування мультимедійних засобів), на здатності реагувати мовними засобами на повний спектр соціальних і культурних явищ (у навчанні, на роботі, вдома, у вільний час) та на усвідомленні ролі ефективного спілкування. Учні, що навчаються в класах з навчанням мовами національних меншин, мають опанувати дві мови – державну і рідну. У такому випадку особлива увага зосереджена на вивченні української мови. Володіння державною мовою є одним з найважливіших обов’язків кожного громадянина України, запорукою його успішної соціалізації та максимальної особистісної реалізації в різних сферах людської діяльності. Among the ten competencies of the New Ukrainian School, an important place is communication in the state and native (in case of difference) languages, which is based on the ability to verbally and in writing express and interpret concepts, thoughts, feelings, facts and views (through listening, speaking, reading, writing , the use of multimedia tools), on the ability to respond with linguistic means to the full range of social and cultural phenomena (at school, at work, at home, in free time) and on the awareness of the role of effective communication. Pupils studying in classes taught in the languages of national minorities must master two languages - the state language and their mother tongue. In this case, special attention is focused on learning the Ukrainian language. Proficiency in the state language is one of the most important duties of every citizen of Ukraine, a key to his successful socialization and maximum personal fulfillment in various spheres of human activity. |
