На основі дослідження репозиторію Електронної бібліотеки НАПН України, Національної бібліотеки України імені В. І. Вернадського, Державної науково-педагогічної бібліотеки імені В. О. Сухомлинського та інших бібліотек у вільному онлайн-доступі проаналізовано джерельну базу щодо вивчення зарубіжного досвіду з проблеми теоретико-методологічних засад цифрової трансформації освіти дорослих. Наголошено на досвіді та ролі українських публічних бібліотек в освіті дорослих в умовах воєнного часу. Продовжено аналіз результатів наукових досліджень [2, 10, 12], значення яких сфокусовано у монографіях, статтях, матеріалах конференцій підвідомчих інституцій НАПН України. Акцент зроблено на вітчизняному й зарубіжному досвіді з цифровізації освіти дорослих та функціонуванні в цьому контексті університетів третього віку в умовах цифрової трансформації суспільства. Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади цифрової трансформації освіти дорослих і, зокрема, університетів третього віку. Аналітичний огляд є продовженням дослідження «Теоретико методологічні засади інформаційно-аналітичного супроводу цифрової трансформації освіти дорослих» [2, с. 31–45], та зосереджує увагу на цей процес в умовах воєнного стану.
Based on the research of the repository of the Digital Library of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine, V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine and other libraries with free online access, the source base on the study of foreign experience on the problem of theoretical and methodological principles of digital transformation of adult education. Emphasis is placed on the experience and role of Ukrainian public libraries in adult education in wartime conditions. The analysis of the results of scientific research [2, 10, 12], the significance of which is focused in monographs, articles, conference materials of subdepartmental institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, is continued. Emphasis is placed on domestic and foreign experience in the digitalization of adult education and the functioning in this context of universities of the third age in the conditions of digital transformation of society. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the digital transformation of adult education and, in particular, universities of the third age are considered. The analytical review is a continuation of the study "Theoretical and methodological foundations of information and analytical support for the digital transformation of adult education" [2, p. 31–45], and focuses attention on this process in the conditions of martial law. |
