Статтю присвячено проблематиці формування особистості підлітка за навчальною програмою «Соціальна успішність» та окреслення змістово-організаційних особливостей навчальної програми «Соціальна успішність» у контексті формування соціальної успішності підлітків. Стаття спрямована на вивчення й аналіз результатів застосування означеної програми в освітньому процесі з метою визначення її впливу на соціальний розвиток підлітків. Завданнями дослідження є: уточнення поняття «соціальна успішність» та особливостей її формування в підлітків; окреслення організаційно-педагогічних умов формування соціальної успішності підлітків; узгодження основних принципів і цільових орієнтирів навчальної програми «Соціальна успішність» для підлітків; здійснення педагогічної рефлексії результатів формування соціальної успішності підлітків за навчальною програмою «Соціальна успішність». Для досягнення мети й реалізації поставлених завдань було застосовано методи: теоретичні – аналіз, синтез, порівняння, систематизацію, узагальнення матеріалів психолого-педагогічних джерел щодо соціальної успішності підлітків; конкретизацію; емпіричні – івент-аналіз виховної практики, спостереження, обговорення у фокус-групах та інтерв’ю з підлітками і педагогами. Результати дослідження дозволили узагальнити наукові підходи до поняття «соціальна успішність», визначити складники соціальної успішності підлітків: ціннісні орієнтації, соціальне становлення, соціальна адаптація, соціальна ініціативність, соціальна відповідальність, соціальна активність. Узагальнені емпіричні дані дали змогу виокремити організаційно-педагогічні умови: розроблення змістово-методичного забезпечення виховної діяльності педагогів щодо формування соціальної успішності підлітків засобами учнівського самоврядування; створення гейміфікованої навчальної програми для підлітків «Соціальна успішність» та організація змішаного (онлайн і офлайн) навчання підлітків; створення консультативного хабу з надання адресної допомоги. Реалізація гейміфікованої навчальної програми «Соціальна успішність» в освітньому процесі закладу позашкільної освіти підтвердила її ефективність та значущість у формуванні особистості підлітка як важливого засобу розвитку соціальних навичок та досягнення соціальної успішності в майбутньому. The article is devoted to the issue of forming adolescents’ personality through the educational program “Social Success” and outlining the content-organizational peculiarities of the educational program “Social Success” in the context of fostering adolescents’ social success. The study focuses on exploring and analyzing the results of implementing this program in the educational process to determine its impact on adolescents’ social development. The research objectives are: to clarify the concept of “social success” and peculiarities of its formation among adolescents; to outline the organizational and pedagogical conditions for fostering adolescents’ social success; to align the fundamental principles and objectives of the educational program “Social Success” for adolescents; to conduct pedagogical reflection on the results of fostering adolescents’ social success through the program “Social Success”. To achieve the goal and accomplish the set tasks, the following methods were applied: theoretical methods – analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization of psychological and pedagogical sources regarding adolescents' social success; specification; empirical methods – event analysis of educational practices, observation, focus group discussions, and interviews with adolescents and educators. The research results allowed generalizing scientific approaches to the concept of “social success” with the components of adolescents’ social success: value orientations, social development, social adaptation, social initiative, social responsibility, and social activity. Generalized empirical data enabled identifying organizational and pedagogical conditions, including the development of content-methodological support for educators’ educational activities in fostering adolescents’ social success through student self-government means; the creation of a gamified educational program “Social Success” for adolescents and the implementation of blended learning (online and offline) for adolescents; the establishment of a consultation hub to provide targeted assistance. Implementing the gamified educational program “Social Success” in the educational process of institutions of out-of-school education confirmed its effectiveness and significance in forming adolescents’ personality as an essential means of developing social skills and achieving social success in the future. |
