У роботі висвітлено сучасні концептуальні орієнтири розвитку освіти в країнах Євросоюзу. Серед яких: глобалізація, цифровізація та розвиток штучного інтелекту. Наголошено на важливості ключових і трансверсальних компетентностей для професійного та особистісного розвитку людини. Навчання різноманітним навичкам (когнітивні та метакогнітивні навички; соціальні та емоційні навички; практичні та фізичні навички) вимагає від учнів гнучкості, позитивного ставлення до навчання, допитливості та вмотивованості. Визначено, що особистісний та соціальний розвиток людини на всіх рівнях освіти є важливим аспектом подальшого удосконалення компетентнісної парадигми і підвищення якості освіти. The paper highlights the current conceptual guidelines for the development of education in the European Union. These include globalization, digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence. The importance of key and transversal competencies for professional and personal development is emphasized. Teaching a variety of skills (cognitive and metacognitive skills; social and emotional skills; practical and physical skills) requires students to be flexible, have a positive attitude to learning, be curious and motivated. It is determined that the personal and social development of a person at all levels of education is an important aspect of further improvement of the competence paradigm and improvement of the quality of education. |
