Description	Робоча програма навчальної дисципліни «Професійна компетентність керівника навчального закладу» є дисицпліною вільного вибору здобувача вищої освіти ННІМП ДЗВО УМО. Метою викладання дисципліни «Професійна компетентність керівника навчального закладу» є забезпечення формування цілісної моделі фахівця – керівника навчального закладу шляхом набуття методологічних, загальнотеоретичних та організаційно-технологічних знань та набуття діагностично-прогностичних (моделюючих), організаційно-регулятивних та контрольно-коригуючих умінь, які відповідають основним управлінським функціям, а також розвиток загальних і фахових компетентностей майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів, вміння вирішувати педагогічні конфлікти, підвищення рівня їх етичної взаємодії, формування позитивної спрямованості, емпатійності, рефлексії. Основними завданнями, які мають бути вирішені у процесі викладання дисципліни «Професійна компетентність керівника навчального закладу», є: - формування системи теоретичних знань та практичних умінь, необхідних для виконання функціональних обов’язків керівника освітнього закладу; - опанування системи теоретичних знань та практичних умінь, необхідних для побудови навчального процесу з урахуванням специфіки професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців щодо майбутньої професійної діяльності; - формування системи теоретичних знань та практичних умінь для побудови моделі професійної та соціальної діяльності фахівця, а також моделі особистості фахівця; - набуття навичок щодо педагогічного мислення, здатності осмислювати і аналізувати педагогічну дійсність; - формування відповідального, творчого ставлення до управлінської діяльності. Зміст дисципліни. Загальні та фахові компетентності керівника навчального закладу. Наукові основи формування та розвитку професійної компетентності керівника навчального закладу. Базові і спеціальні фахові компетентності керівника навчального закладу. Моделі управлінської компетентності керівника навчального закладу. Формування професійної компетентності керівників навчальних закладів. Технологічні аспекти реалізації управлінської компетентності керівника навчального закладу. Стиль управління. Лідерська компетентність керівника. Мотиваційні засади управління навчальним закладом. Професійне портфоліо керівника закладу освіти та просування себе як бренду. Самоменеджмент: поради з управління власними ресурсами. Обсяг курсу – 90 годин, що відповідає 3.0 кредитам ЄКТС. Форма підсумкового контролю – залік. The work`s program of the educational discipline "Professional competence of the head of an educational institution" is a discipline of free choice of the applicant of higher education of the NNIMP DZVO UMO. The purpose of teaching the discipline "Professional competence of the head of an educational institution" is to ensure the formation of a holistic model of a specialist - the head of an educational institution by acquiring methodological, general theoretical and organizational-technological knowledge and acquiring diagnostic-prognostic (modeling), organizational-regulatory and control-corrective skills that correspond basic management functions, as well as the development of general and professional competencies of future heads of educational institutions, the ability to resolve pedagogical conflicts, increase the level of their ethical interaction, the formation of positive orientation, empathy, reflection. The main tasks that must be solved in the process of teaching the discipline "Professional competence of the head of an educational institution" are: - formation of a system of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to perform the functional duties of the head of an educational institution; - mastering the system of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for the construction of the educational process taking into account the specifics of the professional competence of future specialists in relation to future professional activities; - formation of a system of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to build a model of professional and social activity of a specialist, as well as a model of a specialist's personality; - acquisition of skills related to pedagogical thinking, the ability to understand and analyze pedagogical reality; - formation of a responsible, creative attitude to managerial activity. Content of the discipline. General and professional competences of the head of the educational institution. Scientific foundations of the formation and development of the professional competence of the head of an educational institution. Basic and special professional competences of the head of the educational institution. Models of managerial competence of the head of the educational institution. Formation of professional competence of heads of educational institutions. Technological aspects of the implementation of managerial competence of the head of the educational institution. Management style. Leadership competence of the manager. Motivational principles of educational institution management. Professional portfolio of the head of an educational institution and promotion of oneself as a brand. Self-management: tips on managing your own resources. The length of the course is 90 hours, which corresponds to 3.0 ECTS credits. The form of final control is credit.
