Методичні рекомендації розроблено авторським колективом науково-педагогічних працівників Центрального інституту післядипломної освіти ДЗВО «Університет менеджменту освіти» НАПН України на виконання Плану заходів Національної академії педагогічних наук України, затвердженого Наказом від 6 липня 2023 р. № 30, з реалізації Рекомендацій слухань Комітету Верховної ради України з питань освіти, науки та інновацій на тему «Відновлення освіти на деокупованих територіях» (25 травня 2023 р.). Рекомендації спрямовані на професійний розвиток і психологічну підтримку педагогів в умовах війни і повоєнної відбудови України. Вони містять характеристику наукових основ трансформації професійного розвитку педагогів і освіти для миру як його концептуальної основи, поради щодо організації, змісту і технологій підвищення кваліфікації педагогів у післядипломній освіті щодо виявлення і подолання освітніх втрат. Призначені для працівників закладів післядипломної педагогічної освіти, керівників закладів освіти, консультантів Центрів професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників, методистів і педагогічних працівників закладів професійної і професійно-технічної освіти, психологів і соціальних педагогів. Можуть бути корисними для дослідників споріднених проблем і громадських організацій.
The methodological recommendations were developed by the authors' team of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of the SIHE "University of Educational Management" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the implementation of the Action Plan of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, approved by Order No. 30 of July 6, 2023, on the Implementation of the Recommendations of the Hearings of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on issues of education, science and innovation on the topic "Restoration of education in the de-occupied territories" (May 25, 2023).The recommendations are aimed at professional development and psychological support of teachers in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. They contain a description of the scientific foundations of the transformation of the professional development of teachers and education for peace as its conceptual basis, advice on the organization, content and technologies of professional development of teachers in postgraduate education in order to identify and overcome educational losses.Intended for employees of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions, heads of educational institutions, consultants of Centers for professional development of pedagogical workers, methodologists and pedagogical workers of vocational and vocational education institutions, psychologists and social pedagogues. May be useful for researchers of related problems and public organizations. |
