У статті наведено стислий опис методики використання інформаційно‐цифрових технологій для оцінювання результативності педагогічних досліджень, метою якої є розвиток компетентності наукових і науково‐педагогічних працівників з використання інформаційно‐цифрових технологій для оцінювання результативності педагогічних досліджень. У компетентності виокремлено когнітивний, діяльнісний, мотиваційний та оцінно‐ рефлексивний компоненти. Розглянуто основні етапи формувального педагогічного експерименту. Контрольну групу склали учасники, які працювали самостійно за розробленими матеріалами. Для розвитку компетентності учасників експериментальної групи організовано та проведено дистанційний курс, у якому учасникам запропоновано використання цифрових (веборієнтованих) платформ наукометричних баз відкритого доступу (міжнародних та національних/регіональних) і обмеженого доступу (Web of Science, Scopus), систем соціо‐ та альтметрики, цифрових інституційних бібліотечних систем (EРrints), бібліометричних систем для оцінювання результативності педагогічних досліджень. Для виявлення рівня розвитку когнітивного та діяльнісного компонентів учасників експерименту проведено тестування, а мотиваційного та оцінно‐рефлексивного – анкетування. Перевірку достовірності гіпотези щодо успішності розробленої методики здійснено методом Фішера, результати застосування якого показують, що учасники, які навчалися за розробленим курсом, на кінець експерименту мали більш високі рівні сформованості усіх компонент компетентності з використання інформаційно‐цифрових технологій для оцінювання результативності педагогічних досліджень. Цьому сприяло цілеспрямоване використання усіх компонентів методики, тісний контакт з викладачами та практико‐орієнтовані завдання. Розроблена методика може використовуватись для оцінки результативності педагогічних досліджень, у тому числі і впровадження в освітню практику.
The article presents a summary of the methodology of using information and digital technologies to the assessment of the effectiveness of pedagogical research, which aims to develop the competence of research and teaching staff in the use of information and digital technologies to assess the effectiveness of pedagogical research. The competence includes cognitive, activity, motivational and evaluative‐ reflective components. The main stages of the formative pedagogical experiment are considered. The control group consisted of participants who worked independently on the designed materials. To develop the competence of the participants of the experimental group, a distance course was organised and conducted, in which participants were offered the use of digital (web‐based) platforms of scientometric databases of open access (international and national/regional) and limited access, socio‐ and altmetrics systems, digital institutional library systems (ERrints), bibliometric systems for assessing the effectiveness of pedagogical research. To identify the level of development of the cognitive and activity components of the participants of the experiment, testing was conducted, and the motivational and evaluative‐ reflective components were assessed by questionnaires. The validity of the hypothesis about the success of the developed methodology was tested using the Fisher method, the results of which show that the participants who studied the developed course had higher levels of formation of all components of competence in the use of information and digital technologies to assess the effectiveness of pedagogical research at the end of the experiment. This was facilitated by the purposeful use of all components of the methodology, close contact with teachers and practice‐ oriented tasks. The developed methodology can be used to assess the effectiveness of pedagogical research, including its implementation in educational practice. |
