Розкрито, що мета освіти, яка століттями полягала в трансляції учням знань, потребувала трансформації у ХХІ ст., оскільки не відповідала глобалізаційним запитам суспільств та економік. Відповіддю стала компетентнісна модель освіти, що покликана формувати в учнів ключові компетентності, які надають можливість постійно вчитись для розбудови життєвої траєкторії у швидкозмінному світі. Проєктуючи філософію компетентнісного підходу на початкову освіту, академік Олександра Савченко визначила провідну роль ключової компетентності «уміння вчитися» у формуванні розгорнутої структури учіння у початковій школі. Зроблено висновок, що бачення академіком Олександрою Савченко визначальної ролі трансверсальної ключової компетентності «вміння вчитися» заклало подальші орієнтири розвитку національної освіти на засадах дитиноцентризму, у визнанні принципу взаємозв’язку навчання і розвитку особистості, цілеспрямованого та взаємопов’язаного розвитку фізичних, пізнавальних, духовних якостей дитини, гармонізації впливів різних видів діяльності на її розвиток та соціалізацію.
It is revealed that the purpose of education, which for centuries was to transmit knowledge to students, needed to be transformed in the 21st century, as it did not meet the globalization needs of societies and economies. The answer was the competence-based model of education, which is designed to form key competencies of students that provide an opportunity to constantly learn to build a life trajectory in a rapidly changing world. Projecting the philosophy of the competence approach to primary education, academician Oleksandra Savchenko identified the leading role of the key competence “learning to learn” in the formation of a detailed structure of learning in primary school. It is concluded that academician Oleksandra Savchenko's vision of the decisive role of the transversal key competence “learning to learn” laid further guidelines for the development of national education based on child-centrism, in recognition of the principle of the relationship between learning and personal development, purposeful and interrelated development of physical, cognitive, spiritual qualities of a child, harmonization of the impact of various activities on its development and socialization. |
