Психологічна готовність керівників закладів професійно-технічної освіти до маркетингу в сфері освітніх послуг являє собою складне особистісне утворення, що містить сукупність мотивів, знань, умінь, навичок та особистісних якостей, які забезпечують ефективність маркетингової діяльності. В сучасних умовах набуває особливого значення здатність керівників освітніх організацій до маркетингової діяльності. Установлено, що психологічна готовність значної кількості керівників закладів професійно-технічної освіти до маркетингу освітніх послуг розвинута недостатньо. Вивчення особливостей вмінь та навичок практичної діяльності у сфері маркетингу освітніх послуг у нашій роботі здійснювалося, по-перше, за результатами аналізу ситуацій маркетингової активності у професійної діяльності керівника ЗПТО. Досліджуваним пропонувалося проаналізувати проблемні ситуації маркетингової діяльності керівника, в яких вони мусили виявити вміння осмислення як власних дій, так і дій оточуючих, аналізу причин і можливих варіантів розвитку ситуації, прогнозування власної поведінки та поведінки інших задіяних у ситуації осіб. Psychological readiness of heads of vocational education institutions for marketing in the field of educational services is a complex personal education that contains a set of motives, knowledge, skills, abilities and personal qualities that ensure the effectiveness of marketing activities. In modern conditions the ability of heads of the educational organizations to marketing activity acquires special value. It is established that the psychological readiness of a significant number of heads of vocational education institutions for the marketing of educational services is insufficiently developed. The study of the features of skills and abilities of practical activity in the field of marketing of educational services in our work was carried out, first, on the results of the analysis of situations of marketing activity in the professional activity of the head of ZPTO. The subjects were asked to analyze the problematic situations of marketing activities of the leader, in which they had to show the ability to understand both their own actions and the actions of others, analyze the causes and possible options, predict their own behavior and the behavior of others. |
