Однією з важливих умов ефективної діяльності закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти в умовах падіння престижу робітничих професій є особистісна готовність їх керівників до управління загалом і маркетингової діяльності в сфері освітніх послуг, зокрема. Серед особистісних рис сучасного керівника особливу роль відіграє соціальна креативність як здатність нестандартно діяти, приймати творчі, інноваційні рішення в складних умовах сьогодення. Натомість аналіз управлінської практики та теоретичний аналіз літератури дає підстави припустити недостатній рівень розвитку соціальної креативності для значної частини управлінців. Саме тому актуальним уявляється дослідження соціальної креативності керівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти як складової їх особистісної готовності до управління. One of the important conditions for the effective operation of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions in the conditions of a decline in the prestige of working professions is the personal readiness of their leaders for management in general and marketing activities in the field of educational services, in particular. Among the personal traits of a modern leader, a special role is played by social creativity as the ability to act outside the norm, to make creative, innovative decisions in today's difficult conditions. Instead, the analysis of managerial practice and theoretical analysis of the literature gives reason to assume an insufficient level of development of social creativity for a significant part of managers. That is why the study of the social creativity of managers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions as a component of their personal readiness for management is considered relevant. |
