Актуальність курсу визначається необхідністю дослідження соціально-економічних аспектів процесу праці в зв'язку з докорінною перебудовою системи суспільних відносин в умовах повоєнного відновлення України. Найсуттєвіші перетворення відбуваються саме в соціально-трудовій сфері, зачіпаючи інтереси передусім роботодавців та найманих кваліфікованих робітників. Мета курсу полягає в оновленні, поглибленні та систематизації знань, розвитку та удосконаленні умінь щодо оцінки реалізації набутих компетентностей здобувачами відносно розвитку ринку кваліфікованих робітників в умовах повоєнного відновлення України. Електронний курс розроблено для педагогічних працівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти галузі знань 01 «Освіта» на всіх етапах курсів підвищення кваліфікації за різними моделями навчання (очною, заочною, очно-дистанційною, дистанційною). Електронний курс розраховано на 6 год., із яких 2 год. – лекція, 4 год. – семінарські заняття. The relevance of the course is determined by the need to study the socio-economic aspects of the labor process in connection with the fundamental restructuring of the system of social relations in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine. The most significant transformations are taking place in the social and labor sphere, affecting the interests of employers and hired skilled workers. The purpose of the course is to update, deepen and systematize knowledge, develop and improve skills regarding the evaluation of the realization of the acquired competencies by the acquirers in relation to the development of the market of skilled workers in the conditions of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The electronic course was developed for pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time distance, distance). The electronic course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 4 hours - seminar classes. |
