Актуальність курсу полягає у формуванні знань у педагогів про сутність та психологічні особливості виховання, специфічних особливостей закономірностей, принципів, методів, формуванні вміння організовувати процес навчання у закладах професійної освіти, реалізуючи основні функції педагогічного працівника. Важливим аспектом, є розвиток у педагога навичок роботи з різними віковими групами, включаючи дорослих здобувачів освіти, для забезпечення ефективного освітнього супроводу. Це підкреслює необхідність підготовки педагогічних фахівців у галузі андрагогіки та формування конкурентоздатності на ринку освітніх послуг. Мета курсу полягає у формуванні готовності та адаптації педагогічних працівників неперервного професійного розвитку в умовах воєнного стану, формування, оновлення, поглиблення та систематизація знань, розвиток та удосконалення умінь педагогічних працівників із планування, організації та здійснення освітнього процесу у закладах професійної освіти на засадах компетентнісного, інтегрованого та технологічного підходів. Електронний курс розроблено для педагогічних працівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти галузі знань 01 «Освіта» на всіх етапах курсів підвищення кваліфікації за різними моделями навчання (очною, заочною, очно-дистанційною, дистанційною). Електронний курс розраховано на 4 год., із яких 2 год. – лекція, 2 год. – семінарські заняття. The relevance of the course lies in the formation of teachers' knowledge about the essence and psychological features of education, specific features of laws, principles, methods, formation of the ability to organize the learning process in vocational education institutions, realizing the main functions of a pedagogical worker. An important aspect is the development of the teacher's skills in working with different age groups, including adult learners, to ensure effective educational support. This emphasizes the need for the training of pedagogical specialists in the field of andragogy and the formation of competitiveness in the market of educational services. The purpose of the course is to form the readiness and adaptation of pedagogical workers for continuous professional development in the conditions of martial law, the formation, updating, deepening and systematization of knowledge, the development and improvement of the skills of pedagogical workers in planning, organizing and implementing the educational process in vocational education institutions on the basis of competence, integrated and technological approaches. The electronic course was developed for pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time distance, distance). The electronic course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 2 hours - seminar classes. |
