Актуальність проблеми профорієнтації як суспільного явища виявляється в необхідності вирішення протиріччя між об’єктивно наявними потребами суспільства у збалансованій структурі кадрів і суб’єктивними професійними спрямуваннями молоді. За своїм призначенням система профорієнтації повинна суттєво впливати на раціональний розподіл трудових ресурсів, вибір життєвого шляху молоддю, адаптацію її до професії. Актуальність курсу визначається високими вимогами до профорієнтаційної роботи у ЗП(ПТ)О. Протиріччя між потребами ринку праці і фактичним рівнем професійної підготовки фахівців, їх недостатня кваліфікація та непристосованість до вимог професійної діяльності у ринкових умовах зумовлюють збільшення рівня безробіття серед молоді. Тому розвиток сучасної економіки потребує оперативної й адекватної адаптації випускників закладів П(ПТ)О до ринку праці. Мета курсу полягає в оновленні, поглибленні та систематизації знань, розвитку та удосконаленні умінь щодо професійної діагностики, просвіти, консультування та адаптації здобувачів П(ПТ)О. Електронний курс розроблено для педагогічних працівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти галузі знань 01 «Освіта» на всіх етапах курсів підвищення кваліфікації за різними моделями навчання (очною, заочною, очно-дистанційною, дистанційною). Курс розраховано на 4год., із яких 2 год. – лекція, 2 год. – семінарське заняття. The relevance of the career guidance problem as a social phenomenon manifests itself in the need to resolve the contradiction between the objectively existing ones. the needs of society in a balanced personnel structure and subjective professional directions of young people. According to its purpose, the system career guidance should significantly influence the rational distribution of labor resources, the choice of a life path by young people, their adaptation to the profession. The relevance of the course is determined by high requirements for career guidance work at ZP(PT)O. Contradiction between market needs labor and the actual level of professional training of specialists, they are insufficient qualification and unsuitability to the requirements of professional activity market conditions lead to an increase in unemployment among young people. Therefore, the development of the modern economy needs to be prompt and adequate adaptation of graduates of P(PT)O institutions to the labor market. The purpose of the course is to update, deepen and systematize knowledge, development and improvement of skills in professional diagnostics, education, counseling and adaptation of P(PT)O applicants. The electronic course is designed for teaching staff of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" for all. stages of professional development courses according to different training models (face-to-face, part-time, face-to-face, distance). The course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 2 hours - seminary occupation. |
