Професійна компетентність педагога професійної підготовки є не лише сумою теоретичних знань та вміння їх репродукувати у певному обсязі згідно до його компетенцій, а також мотивом і засобом розвитку навичок практичних дій в інформаційному суспільстві. Можливості різнобічного розвитку здобувача професійної освіти пропонують саме сучасні методики навчання і новітні технічні здобутки. Широке й ефективне впровадження сучасних освітніх і виробничих технологій в процес професійно-практичної підготовки сприяє підвищенню його якості, зростанню рівня професійної компетентності всіх суб’єктів освітнього процесу. Отже, актуальність електронного навчального курсу визначається упровадженням компетентнісного підходу в освіті, затребуваністю технологій навчання, що ґрунтуються на діяльнісному підході, новими способами організації аудиторної та позааудиторної освітньої діяльності здобувачів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. The professional competence of a teacher of vocational training is not only the sum of theoretical knowledge and the ability to reproduce it to a certain extent according to his competences, but also the motive and means of developing the skills of practical actions in the information society. The opportunities for multifaceted development of a student of professional education are offered precisely by modern teaching methods and the latest technical achievements. Wide and effective implementation of modern educational and production technologies in the process of professional and practical training contributes to the improvement of its quality, the growth of the level of professional competence of all subjects of the educational process. So, the relevance of the electronic training course is determined by the introduction of the competence approach in education, the demand for learning technologies based on the activity approach, new ways of organizing classroom and extracurricular educational activities of students of professional (vocational and technical) education. |
