У роботі розкрито ключові орієнтири компетентнісного вектору розвитку шкільної освіти в ЄС та в Україні, Наголошено, що більшість європейських країн досягли значного прогресу у запровадженні ключових компетентностей власне у зміст національних навчальних планів. Визначено, що сформульовані стратегічні цілі розвитку сектора освіти в Європейському Союзі, зокрема трансформація на компетентнісні засади, синхронізуються із тенденціями розвитку освіти в Україні. Акцентовано, що вивчення та переосмислення передового досвіду викладання і навчання трансверсальних компетентностей у шкільній освіті країн ЄС, має сприяти подальшому розвитку компетентнісного підходу в Україні та модернізації шкільної освіти в цілому. The paper reveals the key guidelines of the competence-based vector of school education development in the EU and in Ukraine, emphasizing that most European countries have made significant progress in introducing key competencies into the content of national curricula. It is determined that the formulated strategic goals for the development of the education sector in the European Union, in particular the transformation to a competency-based approach, are synchronized with the trends in the development of education in Ukraine. It is emphasized that studying and rethinking the best practices of teaching and learning transversal competencies in school education in the EU countries should contribute to the further development of the competency-based approach in Ukraine and the modernization of school education in general. |
