У статті розкриваються теоретичні аспекти проєктного менеджменту як технології управління інноваційним розвитком закладу освіти. Обґрунтовується актуальність інноваційного розвитку закладу та розкривається необхідність використання технології проєктного менеджменту для забезпечення позитивного розвитку закладу. Надається визначення таким дефініціям як менеджмент, інноваційні освітні проєкти тощо. Визначено, що інноваційний розвиток закладу освіти є певним процесом змін, що відбуваються в закладі, які характеризуються використанням принципово нових інноваційних технологій як в освітній так і в управлінській діяльності й забезпечують успішність його життєдіяльності. Розкрито сутність та описано процес управління інноваційним розвитком освітньої організації, який є принципово новим за формою цілеспрямованим впливом суб’єкта управління на об’єкт з метою забезпечення стійких позитивних змін в діяльності організації, що приведуть до її успішності і сприятиме конкурентоспроможності освітньої організації як на ринку праці так і на ринку освітніх послуг.
The article reveals the theoretical aspects of project management as a technology for managing innovative development of an educational institution. The relevance of the innovative development of the institution is substantiated and the need to use project management technology to ensure the positive development of the institution is revealed. Definitions are given to such definitions as management, innovative educational projects and the like. It is determined that the innovative development of an educational institution is a certain process of changes occurring in an institution, characterized by the use of fundamentally new innovative technologies in both educational and managerial activities and ensure the success of its life. The essence and description of the process of managing the innovative development of an educational organization is disclosed, which is a fundamentally new form of targeted influence of the subject of management on the object in order to ensure sustainable positive changes in the organization's activities that will lead to its success and will contribute to the competitiveness of the educational organization both on the labor market and in the market of educational services. |
