Актуальність теми дослідження. Сучасні підходи до розвитку освітньо-наукового середовища навчання і професійного розвитку вчителів передбачають формування принципово нових форм його організації, що потребує змін його складу і структури, функцій педагогічних систем, спрямованих на організацію та активізацію навчально-пізнавальної діяльності тих, хто навчається. Постановка проблеми. Відкрита наука надає можливість вчителям отримати доступ до останніх наукових досліджень, новітніх методик навчання та ресурсів, що забезпечує їх професійний розвиток в умовах інформальної освіти. Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій. Результати дослідження E. Yenen та M. Yöntem свідчать, що найбільш потрібними сферами професійного розвитку вчителів є спеціальна освіта, методи наукових досліджень, участь у проектах і відповідна професійна діяльність. 14 голландських закладів загальної середньої освіти розробили та впровадили ряд заходів пов'язаних з концепцією «Школа як професійна навчальна спільнота». Дослідження J. Imants та M. M. Van der Wal полягало в створенні моделі з потенціалом професійного розвитку та шкільної реформи з позиції вчителя на багатьох рівнях. Постановка завдання. Спроектувати методичну систему використання хмаро орієнтованих систем відкритої науки у процесі навчання і професійного розвитку вчителів. Виклад основного матеріалу. Створення методичної системи навчання і професійного розвитку вчителів, передбачає ряд окремих методик використання хмаро орієнтованих компонентів навчального призначення для формування у вчителів навичок формування хмаро орієнтованих систем відкритої науки у процесі їхньої подальшої професійної діяльності. Особливої уваги заслуговують засоби формування і розвитку хмаро орієнтованого середовища підвищення кваліфікації вчителів, до складу яких можуть входити різноманітні сервіси відкритої науки і їх поєднання, що виокремлені у відповідні групи. Висновки. Методична система використання хмаро орієнтованих систем відкритої науки у процесі навчання і професійного розвитку вчителів складається з: методики використання European Open Science Cloud у процесі навчання і професійного розвитку вчителів, методики використання відкритої науки вчителями, методики використання компонентів навчального призначення на базі гібридної хмари та методики використання електронних систем відкритого доступу у процесі навчання і професійного розвитку вчителів. Дані методики спрямовані на підвищення рівня компетентності з відкритої науки вчителя, ІКТ-компетентності, покращення результатів навчання учнів. Urgency of the research. Modern approaches to the development of the educational and scientific learning environment and the professional development of teachers involve the formation of fundamentally new forms of its organization, which requires changes in its composition and structure, the functions of pedagogical systems aimed at organizing and activating the educational and cognitive activities of those who study. Target setting. Open science provides an opportunity for teachers to access the latest scientific research, the latest teaching methods and resources, which ensures their professional development in the conditions of informal education. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The results of the study by E. Yenen and M. Yöntem indicate that the most necessary areas of professional development of teachers are special education, methods of scientific research, participation in projects and relevant professional activities. 14 Dutch institutions of general secondary education have developed and implemented a number of measures related to the concept "School as a professional learning community". The research of J. Imants and M. M. Van der Wal was to create a model with the potential of professional development and school reform from the position of the teacher at many levels. The research objective. To design a methodical system of using cloud-oriented systems of open science in the process of teaching and professional development of teachers. The statement of basic materials. The creation of a methodical system of training and professional development of teachers involves a number of separate methods of using cloud-oriented components of educational purposes for the formation of teachers' skills in the formation of cloud-oriented systems of open science in the process of their further professional activities. Special attention should be paid to the means of forming and developing a cloud-oriented environment for improving the qualifications of teachers, which may include various services of open science and their combination, separated into appropriate groups. Conclusions. The methodical system of using cloud-oriented systems of open science in the process of training and professional development of teachers consists of: the method of using the European Open Science Cloud in the process of training and professional development of teachers, the method of using open science by teachers, the method of using educational components based on the hybrid cloud, and the method of using electronic systems of open access in the process of training and professional development of teachers. These methods are aimed at increasing the level of the teacher's competence in open science, ICT competence, and improving the learning outcomes of students. |
