Охарактеризовано особливості цифрової трансформації сучасних вітчизняних поштових операторів і доведено, що зазначені процеси є основним чинником зміни структури і змісту професійної компетентності кваліфікованих робітників, підвищення вимог до їх особистісних і професійних якостей. Виявлено суперечність між проголошеним компетентнісним підходом до професійної підготовки операторів поштового зв’язку і організацією освітнього процесу в закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти, що виражається в переважанні теоретичних знань над практичними, не чіткому розмежуванні змісту навчання відповідно до професійної кваліфікації за класами; орієнтованості навчальних дисциплін на засвоєння здобувачами освіти сталих знань. З’ясовано, що подальшого вирішення потребує проблема встановлення продуктивних зв’язків з роботодавцями з метою модернізації матеріально-технічної бази навчально-виробничих майстерень та запровадження дуальної форми навчання; розроблення навчальної літератури та науково-методичного забезпечення. Обґрунтовано, що до структури і змісту професійної компетентності майбутніх операторів поштового зв’язку доцільно включити мотиваційно-ціннісний, знаннєвий, діяльнісний компоненти; подальшого вдосконалення потребує інформаційно-технологічна складова (інформаційні, цифрові та операційні знання і уміння); мотиваційно-ціннісний компонент доречно доповнити конативним компонентом (вольові механізми саморегуляції). Запропоновані й обґрунтовані у цій статті структура і зміст професійної компетентності майбутніх операторів поштового зв’язку спрямовані на їх трансформацію відповідно до сучасних вимог роботодавців. The features of the digital transformation of modern domestic postal operators have been characterized and it has been proven that these processes are the main factor in changing the structure and content of the professional competence of qualified workers, increasing the requirements for their personal and professional qualities. The contradiction between the declared competency-based approach to the professional training of postal operators and the organization of the educational process in professional (vocational and technical) education institutions was revealed, which is expressed in the predominance of theoretical knowledge over practical, unclear demarcation of the content of training in accordance with professional qualifications by classes; the orientation of educational disciplines to the assimilation of permanent knowledge by those acquiring education. It was found that the problem of establishing productive relations with employers in order to modernize the material and technical base of educational and production workshops and introduce a dual form of education requires further resolution; development of educational literature and scientific and methodological support. It is justified that the structure and content of the professional competence of future postal operators should include motivational, value, knowledge, activity components; the information technology component (information, digital and operational knowledge and skills) needs further improvement; it is appropriate to supplement the motivational-value component with a conative component (volitional mechanisms of self-regulation). The structure and content of the professional competence of future postal operators proposed and substantiated in this article are aimed at their transformation in accordance with the modern requirements of employers. |
