Проблема формування у здобувачів фахової передвищої освіти компетентностей соціально-економічних аспектів, комплексу лідерських навичок та якостей необхідних для виконання технологічних процесів і здійснення управлінських функцій беззаперечно є актуальною. У сучасних умовах фаховий молодший бакалавр повинен отримати у процесі фахової підготовки не лише професійні компетентності, а й певні лідерські якості, що дозволить йому в майбутньому успішно реалізувати свій творчий потенціал на практиці. З’ясовано, що здатність до лідерства розглядається вченими як властивість обдарованої особистості забезпечувати основне положення в будь-якій групі, у будь-якій ситуації. У статті наголошено на важливості сприятливого періоду для розвитку лідерських якостей − підлітковому віці, який характеризується формуванням самосвідомості, власного світогляду як цілісної системи поглядів, знань, переконань, своєї життєвої філософії. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз сутності понять «лідерство», «лідер», «лідерські якості». Розкрито особливості формування лідера у студентському колективі. У структурі сформованості лідерських якостей у студентів в умовах фахового коледжу виокремлено компоненти: аксіологічний, когнітивний, праксеологічний. Для діагностики рівнів сформованості лідерських якостей у студентів в умовах фахового коледжу обґрунтовано критерії: когнітивний; мотиваційно-ціннісний, практико-орієнтований, кожен з яких розкрито через систему показників. У статті обґрунтовано соціально-педагогічні умови формування лідерських якостей у студентів фахового коледжу, який є першочерговою ланкою здобуття вищої освіти. Визначено методичний інструментарій щодо формування лідерських якостей у студентів фахового коледжу, який сприяє опануванню студентами у закладах фахової передвищої освіти трьома базовими лідерськими якостями: мотивація служіння, командна взаємодія, гнучкість і партнерство. The problem of formation of professional pre-university education competences in socio-economic aspects, a complex of leadership skills and qualities necessary for the implementation of technological processes and management functions is undoubtedly relevant. In today's conditions, a professional junior bachelor must acquire not only professional competences in the process of professional training, but also certain leadership qualities, which will allow him to successfully realize his creative potential in the future practice. It has been found that the ability to lead is considered by scientists as a property of a gifted individual to provide the main position in any group, in any situation. The article emphasizes the importance of a favorable period for the development of leadership qualities - adolescence, which is characterized by the formation of self-awareness, one's own worldview as a complete system of views, knowledge, beliefs, one's life philosophy. A theoretical analysis of the essence of the concepts «leadership», «leader», «leadership qualities» was carried out. Features of the formation of a leader in the student team are revealed. In the structure of the formation of leadership qualities in students in the conditions of a professional college, the following components are distinguished: axiological, cognitive, and praxeological. To diagnose the levels of formation of student’s leadership qualities in the conditions of a professional college, the following criteria are substantiated: cognitive; motivational-value, practical-oriented, each of which is revealed through a system of indicators. The article substantiates the socio-pedagogical conditions for the formation of leadership qualities in students of a vocational college, which is the primary link for obtaining higher education. A methodical toolkit for the formation of leadership qualities among students of a professional college has been determined, which helps students in professional higher education institutions master three basic leadership qualities: motivation to serve, team interaction, flexibility and partnership. |
