Метою статті є аналіз розвитку професійних якостей вчителів в умовах інноваційних змін. У статті наведено статистичну інформацію щодо функціонування системи загальної середньої освіти в Україні. Автори підкреслюють, що незважаючи на об'єктивні труднощі в суспільстві (2-річна протидія Covid-19, 9-річна російська агресія), освітній процес не зупинився. Освіта та виховання дітей залишається важливим пріоритетом державної політики. Вчителі були і залишаються важливою рушійною силою. Педагоги послідовно і наполегливо вдосконалюють форми і методи навчання та виховання дітей. Автори підтримують інноваційні підходи в роботі педагогів та окреслюють важливі напрями подальшого розвитку їхніх професійних компетентностей у сучасних умовах.
The aim of the article is to analyze the development of professional qualities of teachers in the context of innovative changes. The article provides statistical information on the functioning of the general secondary education system in Ukraine. The authors emphasize that despite the objective difficulties in society (2-year counteraction to Covid-19, 9-year Russian aggression), the educational process has not stopped. Education and upbringing of children remains an important priority of state policy. Teachers have been and remain an important driving force. Teachers are consistently and persistently improving the forms and methods of teaching and raising children. The authors support innovative approaches in the work of teachers and outline important areas for further development of their professional competencies in modern conditions. |
