У статті представлено результати теоретико-емпіричного дослідження особливостей чинників ефективної інтеграції ВПО в територіальні громади. Охарактеризовано особливості соціальної ідентичності. Концепт «соціальна ідентичність» визначено як інтегративний конструкт, який вибудовується на базисі процесів активного відображення реальності, конструювання образу соціального світу, соціальної категоризації, соціальної ідентифікації, соціального порівняння та у якому представлено уявлення особи про себе як представника певних груп/соціальних спільнот із певним емоційним і ціннісним значенням для неї членства в групі/соціальній спільноті. Концепт «спільнотна ідентичність» визначено як результат ототожнення особи з певними спільнотами, що ґрунтується на їхніх унікальних характеристиках, культурних і / або етнічних зв’язках, історії, соціальних відносинах, спільних цілях, які визначають конкретні спільноти, колективне почуття приналежності, спільні цінності та інтереси. Наведено результати емпіричного дослідження, у якому взяли участь 146 респондентів віком від 18 до 69 років – ВПО із зони активних бойових дій, та застосовано такі емпіричні методи: шкала колективної ідентичності (автори – Р. Лухтанен, Дж. Крокер (R. Luhtanen, J. Crocker)); опитувальник «Громадянська ідентичність» (автор – І.Р. Петровська); опитувальник «Соціокультурна ідентичність» (автори – О.В. Крупенко, О.В. Фролова); авторська анкета «Визначення особливостей взаємодії спільнотних ідентичностей, ставлення до реформи місцевого самоврядування і децентралізації влади в Україні, інтеграції мігрантів у місцеву громаду». За кореляційним аналізом визначено прямі значущі високі кореляційні зв’язки громадянської і національної ідентичностей, громадянської і соціокультурної ідентичностей, національної і соціокультурної ідентичностей. Виявлено чинники, які сприяють ефективній інтеграції ВПО в територіальні громади: гармонійна взаємодія громадянської, національної і соціокультурної ідентичностей; високий рівень розвитку громадянського суспільства на рівні місцевих громад, активне залучення мігрантів до соціально-політичного і культурного життя громади.
The article presents the results of a theoretical-empirical study of the features of the factors of effective integration of internally displaced persons into territorial communities. Features of social identity are characterized. The concept of «social identity» is defined as an integrative construct that is built on the basis of processes of active reflection of reality, construction of an image of the social world, social categorization, social identification, social comparison, and which presents a person’s perception of self as a representative of certain groups/social communities with a certain emotional and the value for her of membership in a group/social community. The concept of «community identity» is defined as the result of a person’s identification with certain communities based on their unique characteristics, cultural and/or ethnic ties, history, social relations, common goals that define specific communities, a collective sense of belonging, shared values and common interests. The results of an empirical study, in which 146 respondents aged 18 to 69 took part – internally displaced persons from the zone of active hostilities, were presented, and the following empirical methods were applied: collective identity scale (authors: R. Luhtanen, J. Crocker); questionnaire «Civic Identity» (author: I.R. Petrovska); questionnaire «Socio-cultural identity» (authors: O.V. Krupenko, O.V. Frolova); the author’s questionnaire «Determining the characteristics of the interaction of community identities, attitudes to the reform of local self-government and decentralization of power in Ukraine, the integration of migrants into the local community». According to the correlation analysis, direct significant high correlations of civic and national identities, civic and socio-cultural identities, national and socio-cultural identities were determined. The factors that contribute to the effective integration of internally displaced persons into territorial communities have been identified: harmonious interaction of civil, national and socio-cultural identities; high level of development of civil society at the level of local communities, active involvement of migrants in the socio-political and cultural life of the community. |
