Електронний навчальний курс направлений на здобуття знань та навичок щодо мінімізації виробничих ризиків та попередження негативних виробничих факторів на організм людини під час виконання своїх професійних обов’язків та підвищення ефективності викладання охорони праці з боку педагогічних працівників з метою покращення умов праці, а також збільшення зацікавленості здобувачів освіти під час професійно – теоретичного та професійного – практичного підготовки в закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Сьогодення вимагає впровадження інформаційних методів навчання для збільшення продуктивності навчання, швидкого опанування навчальними матеріалами, створення гідних та безпечних умов праці. Ми бачимо, що склалася тенденція щодо збільшення кількості користувачів мобільних телефонів, планшетів та смартфонів, через які збільшується і кількість інтернет-користувачів які їх активно використовують. За рахунок сучасних освітніх технологій вже розроблено велика кількість цифрових інструментів, сервіс та мобільних додатків з охорони праці, які можна безкоштовно завантажити на мобільний пристрій через магазин додатків Playmarket або App Store. Організація охорони праці та безпеки життєдіяльності в закладі професійної освіти є важливим елементом забезпечення безпечних і здорових умов праці для працівників та учнів. Для організації ефективної системи охорони праці необхідно визначити відповідальну особу з питань охорони праці та безпеки життєдіяльності, визначити потенційні небезпечні фактори на робочому місці, розробити план дій для запобігання та управління ризиками з охорони праці, забезпечити відповідне навчання працівників та учнів з питань охорони праці, проводити систематичний контроль за дотриманням вимог охорони праці. Виконання цих кроків дозволить забезпечити безпечні умови праці та запобігти можливим травмам та захворюванням на робочому місці. Змістовний модуль 1.1 ЕНК складається з прикладів створення інтерактивно – практичного простору з охорони праці, який побудований з нормативно-правової бази, наказів, великої кількості цифрових онлайн-інструментів, мобільних додатків, гіперпосилань на іншого. У змістовному модулі 1.2 ЕНК неведений приклад організації та проведені навчання та перевірки знань з питань охорони праці, який буде у нагоді для кожного відповідального за охороні праці або інженера з охорони праці, який працює в закладі професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти та організовує в умовах дистанційної роботи планову або позапланову перевірку знань з питань охорони праці. В змістовному модулі 1.3 ЕНК продемонстровані варіанти мобільних додатків з Playmarket або App Store для врахування та подальшого впровадження під час навчання з охорони праці. Особливу увагу направлення на мобільний додаток від Червоного Хреста. Зміст курсу базується на онлайн-педагогіці і розвитку необхідних теоретичних навичок для створення та запровадження власної методики ефективної системи охорони праці під навчально-виробничого процесу в ЗП(ПТ)О. Значну увагу впровадження сучасних технологій, які покращують та підвищують ефективність у напрямку охорони праці. The e-learning course is aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills to minimize occupational risks and prevent negative occupational factors on the human body while performing their professional duties and to increase the effectiveness of teaching occupational safety and health by teachers in order to improve working conditions, as well as to increase the interest of students during vocational theoretical and vocational practical training in vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions. Today's world requires the introduction of information-based teaching methods to increase learning productivity, rapid mastery of educational materials, and the creation of decent and safe working conditions. We see that there is a trend towards an increase in the number of users of mobile phones, tablets and smartphones, which is also increasing the number of Internet users who actively use them. Due to modern educational technologies, a large number of digital tools, services and mobile applications on occupational safety and health have already been developed, which can be downloaded to a mobile device for free through the Playmarket or App Store. The organization of occupational health and safety in a vocational education institution is an important element of ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for employees and students. In order to organize an effective occupational health and safety system, it is necessary to appoint a person responsible for occupational health and safety, identify potential hazards in the workplace, develop an action plan to prevent and manage occupational health and safety risks, provide appropriate training for employees and students on occupational health and safety, and conduct systematic monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety requirements. Taking these steps will help ensure safe working conditions and prevent possible injuries and illnesses in the workplace. The EOC Content Module 1.1 consists of examples of creating an interactive and practical space on occupational safety and health, which is built from the regulatory framework, orders, a large number of digital online tools, mobile applications, and hyperlinks to another. Content module 1.2 of the EQA provides an example of organizing and conducting training and testing of knowledge on occupational safety and health, which will be useful for every occupational safety and health officer or occupational safety engineer who works in a vocational (vocational-technical) education institution and organizes a planned or unscheduled test of knowledge on occupational safety and health in a remote work environment. Content module 1.3 of the EQA demonstrates options for mobile applications from the Playmarket or App Store for consideration and further implementation during occupational health and safety training. Special attention is paid to the mobile application from the Red Cross. The content of the course is based on online pedagogy and the development of the necessary theoretical skills to create and implement their own methodology for an effective occupational safety and health system in the educational and production process in VET institutions. Considerable attention is paid to the introduction of modern technologies that improve and increase efficiency in the field of occupational safety and health. |
