| Description |
Automated education management systems are implemented in general secondary education institutions. This allows you to significantly simplify the day-to-day management of the educational process and solve standard tasks related to the formation of the class schedule, internal and external reporting, the development and use of testing systems and subject programs, and performance records. Each automated education management system has a mandatory basic set of functions, including tracking the movement of students from the admission of students to the educational institution to the expulsion, accounting of the personnel of the educational institution, reporting to the state education authorities according to established forms, organization of school meals, keeping electronic journals and diaries, development of a testing system and registration of test results, management of Internet access.
У закладах загальної середньої освіти впроваджуються автоматизовані системи управління освітою. Це дозволяє суттєво спростити повсякденне управління навчальним процесом і вирішувати типові завдання щодо формування розкладу занять, внутрішньої та зовнішньої звітності, розробки та використання систем тестування та програм з предметів, обліку успішності. Кожна автоматизована система управління освітою має обов’язковий базовий набір функцій, у тому числі відстеження руху учнів від прийому учнів до навчального закладу до відрахування, облік особового складу навчального закладу, звітність перед державними органами освіти за встановленими форми, організація шкільного харчування, ведення електронних журналів та щоденників, розробка системи тестування та оформлення результатів тестування, управління доступом до мережі Інтернет. |
