Обґрунтовано посилення значення практичної підготовки сучасного вчителя, які подиктовано вимогами ринку праці та необхідністю підвищення його конкурентоздатності. Проаналізовано нормативні документи, що окреслюють організаційні аспекти практичної підготовки майбутніх педагогів у ЗВО. Представлено результати аналізу освітньо-професійних, освітньо-наукових програм, навчальних планів, програм різних видів практик на бакалаврському, магістерському та докторському рівнях у 10 закладах вищої педагогічної освіти впродовж 2020–2022 рр., здійсненого науковцями Інституту педагогічної освіти і освіти і дорослих імені Івана Зязюна НАПН України. Вивчення освітньо-професійних програм підготовки майбутніх учителів на різних освітніх рівнях уможливило виокремлення сукупність видів практик та кількість кредитів на їх проведення. The strengthening of the importance of the practical training of a modern teacher, which is dictated by the requirements of the labor market and the need to increase its competitiveness, is substantiated. Normative documents outlining organizational aspects of practical training of future teachers in higher education institutions were analyzed. The results of the analysis of educational-professional, educational-scientific programs, curricula, programs of various types of practices at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels in 10 institutions of higher pedagogical education during 2020-2022, carried out by scientists of the Ivan Institute of Pedagogical Education and Education and Adult Education, are presented Zyazyuna of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The study of educational and professional training programs for future teachers at different educational levels made it possible to single out the totality of types of practices and the number of credits for their implementation. |
