Аналітичний огляд підготовлено на виконання констатувального етапу наукового дослідження «Інформаційно-аналітичний супровід цифрової трансформації освіти і педагогіки: вітчизняний і зарубіжний досвід» (2023–2025 рр.). Метою огляду є висвітлення цифрових освітніх ідей, технологій та вивчення рекомендацій, які містить науковий доробок провідних українських і зарубіжних дослідників. Акцентовано увагу на працях, у яких науковці стверджують, що цифрові технології мають відчутний вплив на всі ланки освіти, якщо вони підтримуються установою. Визнано важливим підготовку цифрово-компетентних педагогів, які мають оволодіти новою роллю фасилітатора, зрозуміти психологічні та психофізіологічні проблеми здоров’я, а також специфіку кіберзахворювань і здійснювати в синтетичному освітньому середовищі ефективне навчання. З’ясовано, що багатьма авторами обґрунтовано необхідність кардинальних змін щодо підвищення якості й конкурентоспроможності освіти. Визначено основні пріоритетні заходи щодо цифрової трансформації педагогічної науки. Наголошено на важливості як оцифрування як такого, так і загалом цифрових бібліотек і репозиторіїв, усвідомлення ролі бібліотекарів та інформаційників, завдяки яким успішно здійснюються освітній процес і доступ до необхідної літератури у форсмажорних умовах. Зазначено, що штучний інтелект має потенціал у підвищенні рівня якості та ефективності підготовки здобувачів освіти. Розглянуто джерела, де йдеться про використання штучної нейромережі для аналізу даних, а також про розроблення методичної системи, яка містить хмарні технології, відіграє ключову роль у формуванні фундаментальної освіти ІТ-фахівців.
The analytical review was prepared for the implementation of the ascertaining stage of the scientific study "Information and analytical support of the digital transformation of education and pedagogy: domestic and foreign experience" (2023–2025). The purpose of the review is to highlight digital educational ideas, technologies and study recommendations, which are contained in the scientific work of leading Ukrainian and foreign researchers. Emphasis is placed on works in which scientists claim that digital technologies have a tangible impact on all aspects of education, if they are supported by the institution. It is recognized as important the training of digitally competent teachers who must master the new role of facilitator, understand psychological and psychophysiological health problems, as well as the specifics of cyber-diseases and carry out effective training in a synthetic educational environment. It has been found that many authors substantiated the need for radical changes to improve the quality and competitiveness of education. The main priority measures for the digital transformation of pedagogical science have been determined. The importance of digitization as such and of digital libraries and repositories in general, awareness of the role of librarians and information specialists, thanks to which the educational process and access to the necessary literature in force majeure conditions are successfully carried out, is emphasized. It is noted that artificial intelligence has the potential to increase the level of quality and efficiency of education seekers. The sources are considered, which refer to the use of an artificial neural network for data analysis, as well as the development of a methodical system that includes cloud technologies, which plays a key role in the formation of the fundamental education of IT specialists. |
