У статті розкрито зміст вчительських студій «Виховуємо гуманність у молодших школярів», завданнями яких є: розширення уявлення педагогів про сутність і структуру гуманності в учнів молодшого шкільного віку; розглянути особливості виховання гуманності в здобувачів початкової освіти; ознайомити педагогів з діагностикою рівнів вихованості гуманності в учнів молодшого шкільного віку; поглибити знання педагогів про форми і методи виховання гуманності в учнів початкових класів; сприяти розвитку вмінь будувати взаємостосунки з учнями молодшого шкільного віку на гуманістичній основі; сприяти розвитку гуманних якостей у вчителів початкових класів. З метою розроблення вчительських студій «Виховуємо гуманність у молодших школярів» було використано теоретичні методи – аналіз і синтез наукових джерел з проблеми дослідження, порівняння, узагальнення, класифікація. Під час проведення вчительських студій «Виховуємо гуманність у молодших школярів» було проведено лекції («Гуманізація освітнього процесу в історії педагогічної думки», «Проблема виховання гуманності в сучасній педагогічній науці», «Форми і методи виховання гуманності здобувачів початкової освіти»), семінари-практикуми («Гуманність як професійна якість вчителя», «Педагогічне та дидактичне спілкування», «Діагностика рівнів вихованості гуманності молодших школярів»), педагогічна майстерня «Виховання гуманності в здобувачів початкової освіти», круглий стіл «Виховання гуманності в учнів молодшого шкільного віку». Проведене дослідження не вичерпує всіх аспектів порушеної багатогранної проблеми підготовки вчителів початкових класів до виховання гуманності в учнів молодшого шкільного віку. Перспективним вважаємо вивчення питань: виховання гуманності в учнів молодшого шкільного віку в позаурочній діяльності; залучення учнів початкових класів до різних видів добротворчої діяльності, спрямованої на виявлення гуманності; виховання гуманності в учнів інших вікових груп (молодші підлітки, старші підлітки); підвищення ефективності післядипломної освіти педагогічних кадрів із цієї проблеми. The article deals with the content of the teacher’s studies «Educating Humanity of Primary School Students» which have the following tasks: to expand the teachers’ understanding of the essence and structure of humanity of primary school students; to consider the peculiarities of educating humanity of primary school students; to familiarize teachers with diagnostics of levels of humane education of primary school students; to deepen the teachers’ knowledge about forms and methods of educating humanity of primary school students; to promote the development of the ability to build relationships with primary school students on a humanistic base; to support the development of humane qualities of primary school teachers. Theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis of scientific sources on the research problem, comparison, generalization, and classification were used to develop teacher’s studies “Educating Humanity of Primary School Students” for primary school teachers. During the teachers’ studies “Educating Humanity of Primary School Students», there were lectures («Humanization of the educational process in the history of pedagogical thought”, “The problem of education of humanity in modern pedagogical science”, “Forms and methods of education of humanity of primary school students”), seminars-workshops (“Humanity as a teacher’s professional quality”, “Pedagogical and didactic communication”, “Diagnostics of the levels of humane education of primary school students”), pedagogical workshop “Educating humanity of primary school students”, and round table “Peculiarities of educating humanity of primary school students”. The conducted research does not cover all aspects of the multifaceted problem of training primary school teachers for educating humanity of primary school students. Future studies should be devoted to the following aspects: educating humanity of primary school students in extracurricular activities; involving primary school students in various types of charitable activities aimed at revealing humanity; educating humanity of other age groups of students (younger teenagers, senior teenagers); increasing the effectiveness of postgraduate education of teaching staff on this issue. |
