Ефективне господарювання в аграрному секторі потребує належного матеріально-технічного забезпечення, використання новітніх досягнень науки і техніки, сучасних технологій. Поєднання високої фахової, ґрунтовної загальноосвітньої підготовки працівників з набуттям ними навичок оперативного й відповідного реагування на будь-які зміни в технологічному процесі, самостійного передбачення і виявлення шляхів розв'язання технологічних проблем є одним із завдань ступеневої професійної освіти фахівців аграрного профілю.
Effective management in the agricultural sector requires proper material and technical support, the use of the latest achievements of science and technology, modern technologies. The combination of high professional, thorough general educational training of employees with their acquisition of the skills of prompt and appropriate response to any changes in the technological process, independent prediction and identification of ways to solve technological problems is one of the tasks of graduate professional education of agrarian specialists. |
