У статті визначено сутність, структуру, принципи та організаційно-педагогічні умови цілеспрямованого розвитку професійної компетентності педагогічних працівників фахових коледжів. За результатами аналізу психологічної структури педагогічної діяльності виокремлено такі структурні компоненти інтегративної властивості викладача: мотиваційно-ціннісний; когнітивно-інформаційний; поведінково-діяльнісний; особистісно-рефлексивний; емоційно-вольовий.
The article defines the essence, structure, principles and organizational and pedagogical conditions of purposeful development of the professional competence of pedagogical workers of vocational colleges. Based on the results of the analysis of the psychological structure of pedagogical activity, the following structural components of the teacher's integrative properties were identified: motivational and valuable; cognitive and informational; behavioral and operational; personally reflective; emotional and willful. |
