Необхідно обґрунтувати спрямування та заходи державної політики щодо підтримки реформ і ініціатив, спрямованих на адаптацію підприємств промисловості та аграрного сектору до викликів та ризиків тривалої війни та періоду післявоєнного відновлення. Ця важлива роль, яку відіграють ці сектори, у забезпеченні стійкості української економіки, вимагає ретельного обґрунтування та розробки конкретних напрямків і заходів. Ці заходи мають спрямовуватися на створення основи для відновлення потенціалу довгострокового зростання в умовах війни та наслідків війни.
It is necessary to justify the direction and measures of state policy in support of reforms and initiatives aimed at adapting industrial and agricultural enterprises to the challenges and risks of the long war and the post-war recovery period. This important role played by these sectors in ensuring the stability of the Ukrainian economy requires careful justification and the development of specific directions and measures. These measures should be aimed at creating a basis for restoring the potential for long-term growth in the context of war and the consequences of war. |
