Стратегія STEM-освіти учнів розробляється у соціально-трудовому контексті і спрямовується на розвиток в особистості сукупності формально-логічних, мовних, змістово-методологічних і естетичних знань, умінь і навичок, які проявлятимуться в діяльності, переростаючи в компетентності на новому рівні розвитку у процесі продуктивної діяльності. Умовно STEM-освіту можна розділити на наступні етапи: діагностичний, профорієнтаційний, освітньо-розвивальний. У цьому процесі відбувається гармонізація психологічної сфери та формування здатності до продуктивної взаємодії. Для розвитку свідомості та формування багатогранного психологічного досвіду маємо розробити алгоритм, який розвиватиме здатність до продуктивної діяльності. У відповідності до інтересів можливостей та схильностей суб'єктів взаємодії.
The strategy of STEM education of students is developed in the social and labor context and is aimed at the development in the individual of a set of formal-logical, linguistic, content-methodological and aesthetic knowledge, abilities and skills that will be manifested in activities, growing into competence at a new level of development in the process of productive activity Conventionally, STEM education can be divided into the following stages: diagnostic, career guidance, educational and developmental. For the development of consciousness and the formation of a multifaceted psychological experience, we must develop an algorithm that will develop the ability for productive activity.
