Description The article presents the theoretical and experimental results of research into the value dimension of the information era. Four levels of work with information and information resources as social and personal values are distinguished: the level of information creation; level of information preparation and formation of information resources; the level of the subject's work with information and its further use; the level of purposeful training of a person to work with information. Significant processes implemented at these levels are analyzed. The state of formation of a person's readiness to work with information was also investigated with an emphasis on such components as: information-value orientation, analytical ability, information mobility, information-search readiness, information literacy. The research results are presented according to 2 periods of the 21st century. The first period (2000-2018) – the beginning of the 21st century – the beginning of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Period II (2019–2022) – period of spread of СOVID-19 (2019-2021) – introduction of martial law on the territory of Ukraine (2022). The generalization regarding the period І concerns information-value orientation, analytical ability, information mobility, information-search readiness, information literacy. The generalization regarding the period II reflects the results of the process of forming children's ability to work with printed information in family conditions. The research covered such subjects of the educational process as: preschool children, primary school children, adolescents, young people, students, teachers, parents of children.
У статті наведено теоретичні та експериментальні результати досліджень ціннісного виміру інформаційної ери. Виділяють чотири рівні роботи з інформацією та інформаційними ресурсами як соціально-особистісними цінностями: рівень створення інформації; рівень інформаційної підготовки та формування інформаційних ресурсів; рівень роботи суб'єкта з інформацією та її подальше використання; рівень цілеспрямованої підготовки людини до роботи з інформацією. Проаналізовано важливі процеси, які реалізуються на цих рівнях. Також досліджувався стан сформованості готовності особистості до роботи з інформацією з акцентом на такі компоненти, як: інформаційно-ціннісна орієнтація, аналітичні здібності, інформаційна мобільність, інформаційно-пошукова готовність, інформаційна грамотність. Результати дослідження подано за 2 періодами 21 століття. Перший період (2000-2018 рр.) – початок ХХІ століття – початок поширення пандемії COVID-19. ІІ період (2019–2022) – період поширення СOVID-19 (2019-2021) – введення воєнного стану на території України (2022). Узагальнення щодо І періоду стосується інформаційно-ціннісної орієнтації, аналітичних здібностей, інформаційної мобільності, інформаційно-пошукової готовності, інформаційної грамотності. Узагальнення щодо ІІ періоду відображає результати процесу формування вміння дітей працювати з друкованою інформацією в умовах сім’ї. Дослідженням були охоплені такі суб’єкти освітнього процесу як: дошкільнята, молодші школярі, підлітки, молодь, студенти, вчителі, батьки дітей.
