У сучасному світі досить важко уявити діяльність підприємств, зокрема поліграфічної сфери без запровадження автоматизації, цифровізації процесів управління персоналом, розвитку та підтримки на належному рівні цифрових компетенцій працівників. У зв'язку зі зростаючою цифровізацією багатьох процесів у сучасній поліграфії, фахівці повинні бути здатними ефективно використовувати сучасні цифрові інструменти, програмне забезпечення та обладнання. Однак, через швидкий темп змін у цифрових технологіях, фахівці часто потребують постійного навчання та оновлення своїх цифрових компетентностей. In today's world, it is quite difficult to imagine the activities of enterprises, in particular the printing industry, without the introduction of automation, digitalization of personnel management processes, development and support of employees' digital competencies at the appropriate level. Due to the increasing digitization of many processes in modern printing, professionals must be able to effectively use modern digital tools, software and equipment. However, due to the rapid pace of change in digital technologies, professionals often need constant training and updating of their digital competencies. |
