Реалізація Національної ініціативи щодо програми дій із подолання прогалин у сфері охорони психічного здоров'я (mhGAP), спрямованої на розширення масштабів ведення пацієнтів із психічними розладами у первинній медичній допомозі, має здійснюватися не тільки лікарями первинної ланки, а й фармацевтами, які забезпечують відпуск лікарських засобів за розширеною Програмою медичних гарантій щодо реімбурсації ЛЗ для лікування в амбулаторних умовах розладів психіки і поведінки, надають фармацевтичну допомогу пацієнтам із стресовими розладами та безсонням згідно стандартів Належної Аптечної Практики GPP. Мета роботи – дослідження вітчизняних інформаційно-наукових баз даних та наукометричних баз Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane library для виявлення, узагальнення і систематизації джерельної бази з питань надання фармацевтичної опіки у сфері реалізації ЛЗ для профілактики та лікування пацієнтів із вадами психічного здоров'я та прогнозування подальшого вектору досліджень із зазначеної теми. Матеріали і методи. Використано загально-наукові методи аналізу, синтезу, порівняння та узагальнення даних з вітчизняних інформаційно-наукових баз. Для пошуку наукових публікацій за ключовими словами «mental health» (психічне здоров'я) та «pharmacy» (фармація) в наукометричних базах даних Scopus, Web of Science використано програму візуалізації VOSviewer, пошукову систему PubMed та Cochrane library. Результати. Здійснено аналіз основних стратегій розвитку фармацевтичної опіки з охорони психічного здоров'я у фармацевтичній практиці; виокремлено найбільш досліджені кластери охорони психічного здоров'я; узагальнено сучасні тенденції розвитку фармацевтичної опіки з охорони психічного здоров'я. Висновки. Ініціатива з розвитку охорони психічного здоров'я населення Країни ґрунтується на засадах нової стійкої пацієнто-орієнтованої фармації, що потребує втілення ідеї розширення основних Ролей фармацевтів згідно із стандартами Належної аптечної практики. Abstract. The implementation of the National Mental Health Gap Action Program (mhGAP), aimed at expanding the scope of management of patients with mental disorders in primary care, should be carried out not only by primary care physicians, but also by pharmacists who provide medication under the expanded Medical Guarantee Program for reimbursement of drugs for outpatient treatment of mental and behavioral disorders, provide pharmaceutical care for patients with stress disorders and insomnia according to GPP Good Pharmacy Practice standards. The purpose of the work is the study of national information, scientific databases and scientometric databases of Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane library in order to identify, generalize and systematize the source base on providing pharmaceutical care in the field of mental health care of patients and predicting the future vector of research on the specified topic. Materials and methods. General scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of data from domestic information and scientific databases were used. The VOS viewer visualization program, the PubMed search engine, and the Cochrane library were used in order to search for scientific publications, using the keywords “mental health” and “pharmacy” in the scientometric databases of Scopus and Web of Science. Results. The analysis of the main strategies for the development of pharmaceutical care for mental health care in pharmaceutical practice was carried out; the most researched clusters of mental health care were singled out; modern trends in the development of pharmaceutical care for mental health care were summarized. Conclusions. The initiative for the development of mental health care of the population of the country is based on the principles of a new sustainable patient-oriented pharmacy, which requires the implementation of the idea of expanding the main roles of pharmacists in accordance with the standards of Good Pharmacy Practice. |
