У збірнику висвітлюються актуальні теоретико-методологічні та прикладні проблеми, окреслено засади особистісно-орієнтованого діалогічного підходу в освіті, визначено засади досліджень особистості професіонала в контексті його особистісної свободи та діалого-культурологічної спрямованості. Крім того, в збірнику наукових праць містяться статті, присвячені іншими важливим методологічним проблемам, зокрема в контексті психології особистості, професійного становлення фахівця, психологічного супроводу різних аспектів практичної діяльності.
