В статті розглянуто проблему сугестивної психологічної корекції девіантної поведінки юнаків та підлітків. Показано, що емоційні та поведінкові проблеми є наслідком порушень когнітивних процесів. Представлено авторський метод конфронтаційної сугестії, який дозволяє корегувати дезадаптивні когнітивні процеси. Визначено, що навіювання загальних світоглядних принципів безперервної мінливості, взаємозв’язку, відносності дозволяє досягти стійкого психокорекційного ефекту. З’ясовано послідовність психокорекційних процедур, а також умови і способи реалізації конфронтаційного навіювання. Показано, що впродовж психокорекційної роботи сугеренду, імперативно та опосередковано, необхідно навіювати: впевненість у власних силах, можливостях і творчому потенціалі; необхідність гнучкого підходу до оцінок людей і ситуацій, небезпеку будь-якого догматизму, терпимість до прояву «інакомислення»; ідея наявності позитивного ресурсу у будь-якій життєвій ситуації; шкідливість будь-яких утриманських сподівань, а також необхідність прийняття повної відповідальності за власні рішення; бажаність і виправданість зусиль на ведення здорового способу життя. Визначено, що обов’язковою частиною загальної психокорекційної роботи є навчання навичкам позитивної переробки інформації. Представлено загальну методику комплексного сугестивного психокорекційного впливу на юнаків та підлітків с девіантною поведінкою. Методика складається з: встановлення контакту та збір інформації; навіювання базових світоглядних принципів; перевірка дезадаптивних переконань на істинність та універсальність; сугестивне інформування; реалізація необхідних психокорекційних заходів; фонове навіювання; психокорекційний сугестивний супровід.
The paper is devoted to consideration of suggestive psychological correction of the deviant behavior of adolescents. It is shown that their emotional and behavioral problems are caused by disorder of cognitive processes. It is represented the authorial technique of confrontation suggestion that allows to undertake correction of dysfunctional cognitive processes. It is revealed that suggestion of the general lifestyle principles of continuous changeability, interdependence and relativity results in a stable psychotherapeutic effect. It is determined the sequence of psychocorrectional procedures, as well as conditions and modes of confrontation suggestion. The study shows that during the psychocorrective work with a patient it is necessary to suggest the following principles: confidence in one's own strength, capabilities and creative potential; the need for a flexible approach to evaluating people and situations, the danger of any dogmatism, tolerance for the manifestation of "dissent"; the idea of having a positive resource in any life situation; the harmfulness of any dependent expectations, as well as the need to take full responsibility for one's own decisions; the desirability and justification of efforts to lead a healthy lifestyle. It is determined that a mandatory part of the general psychocorrective work is training in the skills of positive processing of information. The general method of complex suggestive psychocorrective influence on young men and adolescents with the deviant behavior is presented. The methodology consists of: establishing the contact with a patient and collecting the relevant information; suggestion of the basic worldview principles; verification of desadaptive beliefs for truth and universality; suggestive informing; implementation of necessary psychocorrective measures; background suggestion; psychocorrective suggestive accompaniment. |
