The war radically changed the life of every Ukrainian. For the most part, the official web portals and Facebook pages of institutions and educational institutions contain information about the educational process, events and publications without displaying a complete picture of their work in these difficult conditions. Before our eyes the creation of a new history of Ukrainian education in the war conditions is taking place, facts are accumulating a source base for further research. A new topic of historical and educational research has appeared – this is the development of education during the Russian-Ukrainian war. With this in mind, it is important to turn to digital public history that is “inspired by crowdsourcing and citizen science, digital public history is user-centered and user-generated”. Historical and educational research is carried out by the Department of Pedagogical Source Studies and Biographistics of V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine. The scientific study “Pedagogical Science and Education in Persons, Documents, Bibliography” started in 2020 had to be completed already in the war realities. Despite these realities, we have prepared and published a number of electronic source studies publications in Ukrainian: the anthology “Anthology of Texts on Reforming the Content of the General Secondary School in Ukraine (1991-2017)”, index “Pedagogical editions in the German language of the second half of the 19th century-1917 in the fund of V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine” and others. An indisputable contribution to the development of History of Education is the unique electronic resource “Outstanding Educators of Ukraine and the World”. The resource contains pages with biographical and bibliographic information about 80 Ukrainian and foreign educators. Let’s look at the number of visits to the resource in 2022, which is about 50 thousand from different countries of the world: USA (1247); Poland (865); Germany (739); Netherlands (406); Great Britain (302); Czech Republic (231); France (221); Italy (168); Ireland (164). In the conditions of the intensification of distance education in accordance with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and the war biographical online projects are gaining relevance. There is a task to spread biographical knowledge among the general public of educators and education seekers in the context of our country’s entry into the world and European space in order to preserve national memory. Based on the electronic resource “Outstanding Educators of Ukraine and the World” (https://dnpb.gov.ua/ua/informatsiyno-bibliohrafichni-resursy/vydatni-pedahohy/) we implement two online projects under the hashtags #work_for_victory: “We Stand on the Shoulders of our Predecessors: Outstanding Teachers-jubilarians” (https://www.facebook.com/240019389383740/posts/3019645038087814/) and “Educators of Ukraine: We Remember, We Honor!” (https://www.facebook.com/dnpb.gov.ua/photos/a.754048214647519/5353423281376633/). The first one represents the full-text works of Ukrainian and foreign pedagogues-jubilarians to a wide audience of educators and scientists for review and discussion. The second one introduces the pages of the electronic resource every month. They combine biographical and bibliographic information about personalities. The online projects are an efficient form of dissemination of pedagogical biography, contribute to the restoration and preservation of the national pedagogical memory. The main goal of online projects is to let society know the history of Ukrainian and foreign education. Nowadays, during the war with the Russian aggressor, the desire to rethink the knowledge about life and activity, views and worldview values of the teachers of the past are gaining relevance. The materials of electronic resources can be widely used in the educational process by pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, education seekers. They are an effective means of providing open access to information on History of Education to various strata of the Ukrainian society and international community. Thanks to electronic resources the History of Education is becoming public. Війна докорінно змінила життя кожного українця. Здебільшого офіційні веб-портали та фейсбук-сторінки закладів та закладів освіти містять інформацію про навчальний процес, заходи та публікації, не відображаючи повної картини їх роботи в цих складних умовах. На наших очах твориться нова історія української освіти в умовах війни, факти накопичують джерельну базу для подальших досліджень. З’явилася нова тема історико-педагогічних досліджень – це розвиток освіти в роки російсько-української війни. Маючи це на увазі, важливо звернутися до цифрової публічної історії, яка «натхненна краудсорсингом і громадянською наукою, цифрова публічна історія орієнтована на користувача та створена користувачами». Історико-просвітницькі дослідження здійснюються відділом педагогічного джерелознавства та біографістики Державної науково-педагогічної бібліотеки України імені В. Сухомлинського. Розпочате у 2020 році наукове дослідження «Педагогічна наука і освіта в особах, документах, бібліографії» довелося завершити вже в реаліях війни. Незважаючи на ці реалії, ми підготували та видали низку електронних джерелознавчих видань українською мовою: антологію «Антологія текстів про реформування змісту загальноосвітньої середньої школи в Україні (1991-2017)», покажчик «Педагогічні видання німецькою мовою». мова другої половини ХІХ-1917 у фонді ДНБ України імені В. Сухомлинського» та ін. Беззаперечним внеском у розвиток історії освіти є унікальний електронний ресурс «Видатні освітяни України і світу». Ресурс містить сторінки з біографічними та бібліографічними відомостями про 80 українських та зарубіжних освітян. Подивимося на кількість відвідувань ресурсу у 2022 році, яка становить близько 50 тисяч із різних країн світу: США (1247); Польща (865); Німеччина (739); Нідерланди (406); Велика Британія (302); Чехія (231); Франція (221); Італія (168); Ірландія (164). В умовах активізації дистанційної освіти відповідно до викликів пандемії COVID-19 та війни біографічні онлайн-проекти набувають актуальності. У контексті входження нашої держави у світовий та європейський простір з метою збереження національної пам’яті стоїть завдання поширити біографічні знання серед широких верств освітян та здобувачів освіти. На базі електронного ресурсу «Видатні освітяни України та світу» (https://dnpb.gov.ua/ua/informatsiyno-bibliohrafichni-resursy/vydatni-pedahohy/) ми реалізуємо два онлайн-проекти за хештегами #робота_до_перемоги: « Стоїмо на плечах наших попередників: видатні вчителі-ювіляри» (https://www.facebook.com/240019389383740/posts/3019645038087814/) та «Освітяни України: пам’ятаємо, шануємо!» (https://www.facebook.com/dnpb.gov.ua/photos/a.754048214647519/5353423281376633/). Перший представляє для ознайомлення та обговорення широкій аудиторії педагогів і науковців повні тексти праць українських та зарубіжних педагогів-ювілярів. Другий щомісяця запроваджує сторінки електронного ресурсу. Вони поєднують біографічні та бібліографічні відомості про персоналії. Онлайн-проекти є ефективною формою поширення педагогічної біографії, сприяють відновленню та збереженню національної педагогічної пам’яті. Головна мета онлайн-проектів – ознайомити суспільство з історією української та зарубіжної освіти. Нині, під час війни з російським агресором, набуває актуальності прагнення переосмислити знання про життя та діяльність, погляди та світоглядні цінності педагогів минулого. Матеріали електронних ресурсів можуть бути широко використані в освітньому процесі педагогічними та науково-педагогічними працівниками, здобувачами освіти. Вони є ефективним засобом забезпечення відкритого доступу до інформації з історії освіти для різних верств українського суспільства та міжнародної спільноти. Завдяки електронним ресурсам Історія освіти стає загальнодоступною. |
