Вивчення навчальної дисципліни «Формування Soft Skills суб'єктів освітнього процесу» є дисципліною вибіркової складової навчального плану. Дана дисципліна забезпечує особистісний і професійний розвиток у здобувача вищої освіти, вона спрямована на формування ефективного, незалежного і впевненого у своїх силах майбутнього дослідника та викладача вищої школи, здатного до навчання протягом життя. Зміст дисципліни та методи і форми її викладання сфокусовано на розвитку здатності здобувача вищої освіти до самоорганізації та самоуправління, його критичного та рефлексивного мислення, лідерських якостей, комунікативних здібностей та уміння працювати в команді. Особлива увага приділяється формуванню уміння ефективної міжособистісної взаємодії, прийняття рішень, цілепокладання та досягнення складних багаторівневих цілей особистісного, професійного і кар’єрного розвитку. Як вибіркова складова, вивчення дисципліни дозволить здобувачам вищої освіти сформувати індивідуальну освітню траєкторію. Метою вивчення дисципліни є формування у майбутніх фахівців знань і компетенцій соціально-гуманітарного характеру, таких як: уміння працювати в багатопрофільній команді, володіння прийомами ефективної аргументації і комунікативною компетенцією в цілому, розуміння професійної та етичної відповідальності ухвалення управлінських рішень, здібність до аналізу і критики прийнятих рішень, мистецтво управління часом та правильної постановки цілей, розуміння необхідності навчання та особистісного розвитку протягом усього життя. The study of the discipline "Formation of soft skills of the subjects of the educational process" is a discipline of the elective component of the curriculum. This discipline provides personal and professional development in higher education, it is aimed at forming an effective, independent and self-confident future researcher and teacher of higher education, capable of lifelong learning. The content of the discipline and methods and forms of its teaching are focused on developing the ability of higher education to self-organization and self-management, his critical and reflective thinking, leadership skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team. Particular attention is paid to the formation of the ability of effective interpersonal interaction, decision-making, goal-setting and achieving complex multi-level goals of personal, professional and career development. As an optional component, the study of the discipline will allow applicants for higher education to form an individual educational trajectory. The purpose of studying the discipline is the formation of future specialists of knowledge and competencies of socio-humanitarian nature, such as: the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, mastery of effective argumentation techniques and communicative competence in general, understanding of professional and ethical responsibility of management decisions, the ability to analyze and critique decisions, the art of time management and proper goal setting, understanding the need for learning and personal development throughout life. |
