Вивчення навчальної дисципліни «Психологія управління освітньою діяльністю і конфліктологія» є дисципліною вибіркової складової навчального плану. Дана дисципліна формує професійні компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти, які навчаються на спеціальності, що входить до галузі знань 01 «Освіта». Як вибіркова складова, вивчення дисципліни дозволить здобувачам вищої освіти сформувати індивідуальну освітню траєкторію. Метою вивчення дисципліни є формування у майбутніх фахівців системних знань з питань сутності процесу управління та психологічної природи конфліктних протистоянь; засвоєння основних теоретичних підходів до вивчення проблем комунікації та управління; опанування сукупності знань для здійснення в майбутньому ефективної соціальної підтримки різних категорій населення й досягнення соціально схвалюваних результатів; формування навиків аналізу смислів та змісту комунікаційних актів, збереження комунікативної рівноваги та ефективності управлінської практики; удосконалення практичних навичок опрацювання спеціальної фахової літератури з метою їх систематизації та доцільного застосовування в управлінській сфері задля унормування та гармонізації суспільної взаємодії. The study of the discipline "Psychology of educational management and conflict management" is a discipline of the elective component of the curriculum. This discipline forms the professional competencies of applicants for higher education who study in the specialty that is part of the field of knowledge 01 "Education". As an optional component, the study of the discipline will allow applicants for higher education to form an individual educational trajectory. The purpose of studying the discipline is the formation of future specialists' systematic knowledge of the essence of the management process and the psychological nature of conflict confrontations; mastering the basic theoretical approaches to the study of communication and management; mastering the body of knowledge for the future implementation of effective social support for various categories of the population and achieving socially acceptable results; formation of skills of analysis of meanings and content of communication acts, preservation of communicative balance and efficiency of managerial practice; improvement of practical skills of elaboration of special professional literature for the purpose of their systematization and expedient application in the administrative sphere for the purpose of standardization and harmonization of social interaction. |
