Одним із пріоритетних напрямів цифрової трансформації в Збройних Силах України є: цифровізація та автоматизація процесів управління військами та зброєю, широке впровадження роботизованих комплексів та безпілотних літальних апаратів а також інших високотехнологічних систем та пристроїв. Підвищення якості та швидкості ухвалення стратегічних рішень у сфері оборони, управлінських процесів як у бойовій обстановці, так і в питаннях повсякденної діяльності військ, можливе лише за рахунок максимальної цифровізації та цифрової трансформації Збройних Сил України загалом. Цифрова трансформація на вищевказаних підходах забезпечить сучасний технологічний ландшафт реалізації положень Стратегії національної безпеки України, передусім шляхом використання уніфікованих цифрових сервісів у складі автоматизованих інформаційних систем; бойове управління на принципах інтеграції управлінських функцій, зв’язку, розвідки та спостереження; розвиток спроможностей кібербезпеки, що своєю чергою дасть змогу досягнути необхідної сумісності для інтеграції України в євроатлантичні та європейські безпекові структури, вийти на принципово новий рівень IT-зрілості оборонного відомства а також підготовки людського капіталу.
One of the priority directions of digital transformation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the digitization and automation of processes related to military and weapon management, widespread adoption of robotic systems and unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as other high-tech systems and devices. Improving the quality and speed of strategic decision-making in the defense sector and management processes both in combat situations and in everyday military activities can only be achieved through maximum digitization and digital transformation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a whole. Digital transformation based on the aforementioned approaches will ensure a modern technological landscape for implementing the provisions of the National Security Strategy of Ukraine, primarily through the use of unified digital services within automated information systems, combat management based on integration of management functions, communication, reconnaissance, and observation; development of cyber security capabilities, which will in turn enable the necessary compatibility for Ukraine's integration into Euro-Atlantic and European security structures, reaching a fundamentally new level of IT maturity in the defense sector and preparation of human capital. |
