У статті доведено актуальність проблеми дослідження навчальних втрат учнів в Україні, які спричинені пандемією COVID-19 та війною. З’ясовано сутність поняття навчальні втрати, які розуміються як будь-яка втрата знань, умінь, навичок тощо чи їх недоотримання та/або уповільнення чи зупинка академічного прогресу через паузи в навчанні конкретного учня. Автором узагальнено результати аналітичних звітів та наукових публікацій щодо освітніх втрат учнів. З’ясовано, що першочерговим завданням для системи освіти є проведення якісної діагностики успішності учнів на різних рівнях освіти з основних навчальних предметів з метою виявлення прогалин у знаннях та уміннях. На основі аналізу публікацій з проблеми подолання навчальних втрат описано заходи, які допоможуть вирішити цю проблему. Серед них: другорічництво; навчання під час канікул; репетиторство за державний кошт; створення інтеграційних класів; перегляд та адаптація освітніх програм; розроблення додаткового контенту з ключових навчальних тем; розроблення додаткового якісного освітнього контенту, акцентованого на темах, що потребують надолуження; методична підготовка вчителів до роботи з учнями, які мають навчальні втрати; посилення шкільної автономії та співпраці вчителів.
The article proves the relevance of the problem of studying educational losses of students in Ukraine caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the war. The essence of the concept of educational losses is clarified, which is understood as any loss of knowledge, abilities, skills, etc. or their lack of acquisition and/or slowing down or stopping of academic progress due to pauses in the education of a particular student. The author summarized the results of analytical reports and scientific publications on the educational losses of students. It was found that the primary task for the education system is to carry out a qualitative diagnosis of the success of students at various levels of education in basic academic subjects in order to identify gaps in knowledge and skills. Based on the analysis of publications on the problem of overcoming learning losses, measures are described that will help solve this problem. Among them: sophomore year; studying during vacations; tutoring at state expense; creation of integration classes; revision and adaptation of educational programs; development of additional content on key educational topics; development of additional high-quality educational content, focused on topics that need to be covered; methodical training of teachers to work with students who have learning disabilities; strengthening of school autonomy and cooperation of teachers. |
