У науковій статі розглянуто теоретичні основи та практичні аспекти розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх викладачів закладів вищої освіти у сфері наукової, науково-технічної та інноваційної діяльності. Наукова діяльність у закладах вищої освіти є невід'ємною складовою освітнього процесу та здійснюється з метою інтеграції наукової та навчальної діяльності у систему вищої освіти. З ухваленням Урядом «Концепції розвитку цифрової економіки та суспільства України на 2018-2020 роки», розпочалась розбудова «цифрового суспільства». Концепція обумовила трансформації професійної діяльності науково-педагогічних працівників до потреб та викликів цифрової економіки та «цифрового суспільства». Під впливом цифрової економіки та запитів цифрового суспільства змінюється сам процес організації наукової діяльності, а саме пошук, обробка, збереження та відображення інформації потребує застосування електронно-обчислювальної техніки. У зв’язку з цим існує потреба у підготовці науково-педагогічних кадрів готових до оновленої професійної наукової діяльності із застосуванням електронного освітнього простору. Проаналізовано сучасні публікації за темою дослідження. Виокремлено не вирішені аспекти з розробки теоретичних засад випереджувального викладання навчальних дисциплін здобувачам. Застосування у методиці педагогічної технології взаємного навчання здобувачів створить механізм набуттю професійної компетентності здобувачами у сфері наукової, науково-технічної та інноваційної діяльності. Виходячи з обставин, потреб і для досягнення мети в статті запропоновано авторську методику випереджувального викладання навчальної дисципліни «Методологія наукових досліджень» із застосуванням педагогічної технології взаємного навчання здобувачів.
The scientific article examines the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the development of professional competence of future teachers of higher education institutions in the field of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities. Scientific activity in institutions of higher education is an integral part of the educational process and is carried out with the aim of integrating scientific and educational activities into the system of higher education. With the adoption by the Government of the Concept of the Development of the Digital Economy and Society of Ukraine for 2018-2020, the development of the "digital society" began. The concept determined the transformation of the professional activity of scientific and pedagogical workers to the needs and challenges of the digital economy and "digital society". Under the influence of the digital economy and the demands of the digital society, the very process of organizing scientific activity is changing, namely the search, processing, storage and display of information requires the use of electronic computing technology. In this regard, there is a need to train scientific and pedagogical personnel ready for renewed professional scientific activity using the electronic educational space. Modern publications on the research topic were analyzed. Unresolved aspects of the development of theoretical foundations of anticipatory teaching of educational disciplines to students are singled out. The application in the methodology of pedagogical technology of mutual training of applicants will create a mechanism for the acquisition of professional competence by applicants in the field of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities. Based on the circumstances, needs and to achieve the goal, the author's method of anticipatory teaching of the educational discipline "Scientific Research Methodology" with the use of pedagogical technology of mutual learning of students is proposed in the article. |
