Організація освіти дітей з порушеннями слуху під час війни має свої специфічні проблеми та виклики. Передусім, це питання безпеки та збереження життя. Хоча українці живуть із частими сиренами повітряної тривоги, приблизно 36 000 громадян, які мають порушення слуху, залежать від текстових сповіщень у свої телефонах (якщо немає стабільного інтернет зв’язку, люди позбавленні життєво важливої інформації); понад рік війни не створено протоколів безпечної евакуації глухих людей у надзвичайних ситуаціях (14 січня 2023 року російська ракета влучила у житловий будинок у Дніпрі, наступного дня співробітники екстреної служби врятували з-під завалів молоду жінку, яка не могла покликати на допомогу, але зуміла повідомити матері, що жива, за допомогою розумного годинника на руці …). За оцінками Всесвітньої федерації глухих, до червня 2022 року понад 5 000 людей з порушеннями слуху виїхали з країни, значна кількість дітей з батьками тимчасово змінили місце проживання та переїхали з родинами до відносно безпечних регіонів України. Багато вчителів від початку війни поєднують педагогічну роботу з волонтерською діяльністю тощо. Отже, варто враховувати особливості організації навчання дітей з порушеннями слуху в умовах воєнного стану.
Organizing the education of children with hearing impairments during the war has its own specific problems and challenges. First of all, this is a matter of safety and preservation of life. Although Ukrainians live with frequent air raid sirens, approximately 36,000 citizens who are hearing impaired depend on text notifications on their phones (without a stable internet connection, people are deprived of vital information); for more than a year of war, no protocols have been created for the safe evacuation of deaf people in emergency situations (on January 14, 2023, a Russian rocket hit a residential building in Dnipro, the next day, emergency service workers rescued a young woman from the rubble, who could not call for help, but managed to inform mother, who is alive, with the help of a smart watch on her hand ...). According to estimates by the World Federation of the Deaf, by June 2022, more than 5,000 people with hearing impairments have left the country, a significant number of children and their parents have temporarily changed their place of residence and moved with their families to relatively safe regions of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the war, many teachers have combined teaching work with volunteer work, etc. Therefore, it is worth taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of education of children with hearing impairments in the conditions of martial law. |
