Основна роль успішної адаптації дитини у дошкільному закладі належить вихователю. Все залежить від його професіоналізму, чуйності, уміння знайти підхід до кожної дитині, уміння співпереживати, заспокоювати, вислуховувати дитину. Дуже важливо знати про особливості поведінки дитини під час адаптації. Важливо вміти зробити так, щоб дитині було максимально комфортно у закладі. Перше з чого починається адаптація – це довіра до людини, з якою дитину залишили батьки. Отже, завдання вихователя у цей період – створити максимально сприятливі умови перебування дитини у новому для неї оточенні. Оскільки адаптацію характеризує здатність гармонійно взаємодіяти з іншими, враховуючи вимоги суспільства і власні інтереси, у нашій роботі ми розглядаємо взаємини дитини з вихователем як один із критеріїв її адаптованості в закладі дошкільної освіти. The main role of the successful adaptation of the child in the preschool belongs to the educator. Everything depends on his professionalism, sensitivity, ability to find an approach to each child, ability to empathize, calm, listen to the child. It is very important to know about the peculiarities of the child's behavior during adaptation. It is important to be able to make the child as comfortable as possible in the institution. The first thing that adaptation begins with is trust in the person with whom the parents left the child. Therefore, the teacher's task during this period is to create the most favorable conditions for the child's stay in a new environment for him. Since adaptation is characterized by the ability to harmoniously interact with others, taking into account the demands of society and one's own interests, in our work we consider the child's relationship with the teacher as one of the criteria for his adaptation in the preschool education institution. |
