Креативні індустрії стають прогресивною технологією розвитку сучасної інноваційної економіки. Підготовка майбутніх фахівців до підприємницької діяльності у повоєнний час набуває особливої актуальності, потребує системності, покликана розвивати якості і відповідні здатності особистості, потребує створення цілісної програми розвитку підприємницької компетентності. Метою статті є визначити й теоретично обґрунтувати педагогічні умови розвитку підприємницької компетентності фахових молодших бакалаврів за кваліфікацією «художник-виконавець». Унаслідок проведеного нами теоретичного аналізу було узагальнено теоретичні положення щодо визначення педагогічних умов, проаналізовано науково-педагогічні терміни «умова» та «педагогічна умова». Визначено, що педагогічними умовами розвитку підприємницької компетентності майбутніх художників-виконавців у фахових коледжах є цілісний комплекс заходів, який враховує підтримку сприятливих умов для творчого самовираження і досягнення комерційних цілей та уможливлює досягнення передбачених результатів завдяки розробленої моделі і методики. Аналіз та синтез надав змогу виокремити педагогічні умови, а застосування методу експертного оцінювання й ранжування дало можливість визначити домінантні педагогічні умови розвитку підприємницької компетентності майбутніх художників-виконавців у фахових коледжах. У результаті експертного оцінювання визначено найвагоміші педагогічні умови, які сприятимуть оптимізації процесу розвитку підприємницької компетентності майбутніх художників-виконавців у фахових коледжах (забезпечення відповідності змісту навчальних програм потребам сучасних підприємств художнього профілю; використання інноваційних технологій розвитку підприємницької компетентності майбутніх художників-виконавців із застосуванням цифрових засобів навчання; підготовка методичних рекомендацій суб’єктам освітнього процесу з розвитку підприємницької компетентності майбутніх художників-виконавців; забезпечення розвитку комунікативних навичок художників-виконавців в процесі майбутньої професійної діяльності). Наступним етапом є розкриття особливостей процесу реалізації визначених умов за допомогою моделі розвитку підприємницької компетентності майбутніх художників-виконавців.
Creative industries are becoming a progressive technology for the development of the modern innovative economy. The preparation of future specialists for entrepreneurial activity in the post-war period acquires special relevance, requires systematicity, is designed to develop the qualities and corresponding abilities of the individual, and requires the creation of a holistic program for the development of entrepreneurial competence. The purpose of the article is to determine and theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the development of entrepreneurial competence of Professional Junior Bachelors with the qualification «Performing Artist». As a result of our theoretical analysis, the theoretical provisions regarding the definition of pedagogical conditions were summarized, the scientific and pedagogical terms «condition» and «pedagogical condition» were analyzed. It was determined that the pedagogical conditions for the development of entrepreneurial competence future performing artists in vocational colleges are a comprehensive set of activities that takes into account the support of favorable conditions for creative self-expression and the achievement of commercial goals and enables the achievement of the intended results thanks to the developed model and methodology. Analysis and synthesis made it possible to single out pedagogical conditions, and the application of the method of expert evaluation and ranking made it possible to determine the dominant pedagogical conditions for the development of entrepreneurial competence future performing artists in vocational colleges. As a result of the expert evaluation, the most important pedagogical conditions were determined, which will contribute to the optimization of the process of developing the entrepreneurial competence future performing artists in professional colleges (ensuring that the content of the educational programs meets the needs of modern enterprises at the artistic profile; the use of innovative technologies for the development of entrepreneurial competence future performing artists with the use of digital learning tools; preparation of methodological recommendations for subjects at the educational process on the development of entrepreneurial competence future performing artists; ensuring the development of communicative skills of performing artists in the process future professional activity). The next stage is the disclosure of the specifics in the process of implementation of the identified conditions using the entrepreneurial competence development model for future performing artists. |
