Для виявлення зв’язків між цитатами в наукових документах та для пошуку наукової літератури створено систему Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI). За допомогою даної системи можна переглядати кількість цитувань українських видавців наукових журналів, H-індекс та i10-індекс українських наукових журналів. Також її доцільно використовувати для оцінювання результативності педагогічних досліджень на основі певних критеріїв та показників. Об’єктом дослідження є технології навчання й використання наукометричних баз цитувань та співпраця між науковими видавництвами, науковцями та іншими зацікавленими сторонами з метою сприяння необмеженій доступності даних про цитування в науковій літературі. Предметом дослідження є пошукова система і база даних наукових цитувань Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI). В системі враховуються цитування між публікаціями. Також відкритий український покажчик цитування містить метадані усіх видань, через використання сервісу Cited-by від Crossref. В роботі описано методичну систему навчання щодо використання відкритої української пошукової системи наукометричних цитувань та її наукометричні показники. Розглянуто сервіси, які доцільно використовувати для оцінювання результативності науково-педагогічних досліджень окремих науково-педагогічних чи наукових працівників, окремих підрозділів, окремих наукових установ і закладів вищої освіти. Описано 13 фільтрів, за допомогою яких можна пришвидшити пошук документів серед видань, що подані в базах: Scopus, Web of Science, Nature Index journals, Flemish Academic Bibliographic Database for the Social Sciences and Humanities, Directory of Open Access Journals. Зроблено висновок про те, що слухачі, які опанують цей курс зможуть правильно подавати свої творчі досягнення та здобутки для опублікування та оцінювання власних напрацювань. А також вправно та швидко знаходити потрібні матеріали на сайті української пошукової системи і база даних наукових цитувань OUCI.
The Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI) system was created to identify links between citations in scientific documents and to search for scientific literature. With the help of this system, you can view the number of citations of Ukrainian publishers of scientific journals, the H-index, and the i10-index of Ukrainian scientific journals. It is also advisable to use it to evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical research based on certain criteria and indicators. The object of the study are learning technologies and their use scientometric citation databases and cooperation between scientific publishers, scientists, and other interested parties to promote the unlimited availability of citation data in scientific literature. The subject of the study is the Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI) search system and database of scientific citations. The system takes into account citations between publications. Also, the open Ukrainian citation index contains metadata of all publications, through the use of the Cited-by service from Crossref. The paper describes a methodological system of training in the use of the open Ukrainian search engine for scientometrics citations and its scientometrics indicators. The services that should be used to evaluate the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research of individual researchers, individual departments, individual research institutions, and higher education institutions are considered. The article describes 13 filters that can be used to speed up the search for documents among the publications presented in the databases: Scopus, Web of Science, Nature Index journals, Flemish Academic Bibliographic Database for the Social Sciences and Humanities, Directory of Open Access Journals. It is concluded that students who complete this course will be able to properly present their creative achievements and accomplishments for publication and evaluation of their work. They will also be able to skillfully and quickly find the necessary materials on the website of the Ukrainian search engine and the OUCI database of scientific citations. |
