Вивчаємо проблему педагогічних умов розвитку дослідницької компетентності вчителя української мови і літератури ліцею. Одна з педагогічних умов – це створення в ліцеї дослідницького освітнього середовища. Зазначимо, що це цілеспрямований процес у системі науково-методичної роботи закладу освіти. Професійне становлення вчителя-філолога передбачає розвиток дослідницьких умінь і навичок, оволодіння дослідницькою технологією навчання. Дослідницьке освітнє середовище ліцею спонукає до саморозвитку та самореалізації, актуалізує наукові інтереси вчителя.
We study the problem of pedagogical conditions for the development of research competence of a Ukrainian language and literature teacher at a lyceum. One of the pedagogical conditions is the creation of a research educational environment in the lyceum. Note that this is a purposeful process in the system of scientific and methodical work of an educational institution. The professional formation of a philologist teacher involves the development of research abilities and skills, mastering the research technology of teaching. The research educational environment of the lyceum encourages self-development and self-realization, actualizes the teacher's scientific interests. |
