This article discusses the conceptions of general secondary education reform alternatives to the projections embodied in the governing documents of education, and created by the Ukrainian scientific pedagogues in the first decade of independent Ukraine. The study carried out testifies to the rebirth of national, democratic and humanistic principles in the Ukrainian educational space. From the analysis carried out, it can be argued that the acquired historical-pedagogical knowledge will contribute to the understanding of the organizational and content bases of the general secondary education reform in the context of the development of a new Ukrainian school. The results of this research may also serve scientists from other countries in the study of the history of educational reforms and counter-reforms, in particular, those of Mexico, in the context of the current process of the National Agreement on Education.
У цій статті розглядається концепція реформи загальної середньої освіти, альтернативи прогнозам, закладеним у керівних документах про освіту, створених українськими науковими педагогами у перше десятиліття незалежної України. Проведене дослідження свідчить про відродження національних, демократичних та гуманістичних принципів в українському освітньому просторі. З проведеного аналізу можна стверджувати, що набуті історико-педагогічні знання сприятимуть розумінню організаційних та змістових основ реформи загальної середньої освіти у контексті розвитку нової української школи. Результати цього дослідження можуть також послужити вченим з інших країн у вивченні історії освітніх реформ та контрреформ, зокрема Мексики, в контексті поточного процесу Національної угоди про освіту. En este artículo se analizan las concepciones de reforma de la educación media general alternativas a las proyecciones plasmadas en los documentos rectores de la educación, y creadas por los pedagogos científicos ucranianos en la primera década de Ucrania independiente. El estudio realizado da testimonio del renacimiento de los principios nacionales, democráticos y humanísticos en el espacio educativo ucraniano. A partir del análisis efectuado, puede argumentarse que el conocimiento histórico-pedagógico adquirido, contribuirá a la comprensión de las bases organizativas y de contenido de la reforma de la educación media general en el contexto del desarrollo de una nueva escuela ucraniana. Los resultados de esta investigación también podrán servir a los científicos de otros países en el estudio de la historia de las reformas y las contrarreformas educativas, en particular, a los de México, en el contexto del actual proceso de Acuerdo nacional sobre la educación. |
